I always feel like every time you make a sketch it goes from just what looks like a few innocent blobs and scribbles to WoW! It's magic to watch you work!

Loved the swatching piece: I loved it before you added the neocolor II and then I loved it even more after even though I was thinking ‘no… it’s perfect already!’ It just got even better 🤩❤
🤣 I get nervous with pieces I like too Stacie - I love adding the Neo colour II in this way. It’s so opaque and soft! I might actually get some Neo I - it’s a shame they don’t do as many colours though ♥️

I think that perhaps the acrylic' glitter is meant as the last layer. A glaze of glitter. 😊
@@michellecampbell4194 yes perhaps Michelle - I would say though it’s defo not a sealant of any kind and the artwork would need sealing when completed 🥰

Looks like you had a nice, full week! Enjoyed seeing the different locations and food (yummy!)❤ The art experiments are fun! Think the ‘acrylic’ glitter could ‘seal’ the oil pastel? Wonder what it would look like as a ‘glaze’ over a piece?💕 More experiments!😊 Wonderful vlog … always enjoy watching your process…and the end results are soooo worth it!❤❤❤
Thank you Stephanie ❤️ The glitter paint does not deal anything believe it or not! especially oil pastels. it is a strange material actually. I do think it's for mixing and acts more like a medium rather than a stand alone material. I did have fun eating and mooching about. ooh I have taken the week off from scetchbook daily... due to a busy life :S AND i miss it sooo much.... one gets addicted :D It feels a bit better watching you though.
Sketching daily sounds awesome - but like you I have too many task one the go and I find myself going days without a sketch in sight! I am glad to have helped you with that this week though ♥️♥️♥️
oh and by the way, I also adooorree traveling by train. We have a lovely coastal train here in Portugal, between Lisbon and Cascais, that I used to do a lot when I was young. And we also have lots of sunny days, soooo... If you're gelouse, you just have to come visit me, right?

@@deonapienaar8396 don’t apologise Deona - I do understand. But not all artist have assistants, cleaners, managers who sort their admin out and chefs who cook for them. It’s just me, myself and I doing it all. Being the artist, doing admin, filming, editing, cleaning, cooking etc. and there is never enough hours in the day. But all the jobs mount up any and a Friday video must be made. I do my bestest and under the circumstances I believe I do a good job. Sorry this week was not wall to wall art. But this is my life and unfortunately my life is not all ART. But believe me I wish it was. One day Deona ♥️
