In this week's video, I show you a really easy, simple, quick and delicious meal perfect for weight loss and summer - a vegetable and noodle stir fry. This meal is low fat but will keep you full and satisfied as it's full of fibre, healthy starches and delicious vegetables.
This meal is delicious, easy to prepare, full of healthy vegetables and suitable for the maximum weight loss plan. No need to eat boring plain food to lose weight. You can eat delicious hearty meals and still achieve success in your weight loss journey.

Am interested to take a look at your videos - but there is one practical issue = the sound volume. Can you put the sound volume of them up please? You have a soft female voice and it is difficult to hear it - so your volume output does need putting up please.
