Great show.
Don't forget MotoGP races at COTA in three weekends and I wonder if maybe that was something about installing and removing turtles. I do not want to see a MotoGP rider get launched for hitting a turtle, but I am curious. Formula E leases Portland International Racing and they they totally transform the track with over 30 temporary structures, tons of painting and a temporary wall to make the entrance to the Shelton Chicaine more of a 90 degree corner.
Alex A. Smith on Thermal Club. 100% agree and I do think changes are needed in INDYCAR management and crazy how once again, INDYCAR is another crisis stage like the old split from USAC, CART split, and now another split coming with the teams not happy with management?

He’s not gonna sell it because that means he’d have to give up IMS as well. IC as a series is meaningless in every possible way without the speedway.
Penske should just sell the series to NASCAR (if you think it’s a bad idea then just look what NASCAR is doing with IMSA and how stable IMSA is currently)
Should be a Mexico race coming now, heaps of Latino fans love Indy, what's the problem with Penske?
Alex made this exact point in the show, it’s crazy to think about!
He thinks pato is full of shit and that to even make a Mexico race happen, he’d have to spend $10-20 mil to get it off the ground without a local promoter or sponsor. And without a local promoter/sponsor the race is undoable.
