I worked for a Georgia Welcome Center for years. You did a great job! The Varsity is a must eatery with a history since 1928 serving chili dawgs and rings in Atlanta. Love all your travel videos!!
When in Atlanta, check out the magnificent Fox Theater, just around the corner from the Varsity drive-in. Also the High museum which is also the home of the Atlanta Symphony. Telfair Museum in Savanah is top-notch! Thanks
When you’re back in Georgia, check out Cartersville “the city of museums.” We have: Booth Western Art Museum (associated with Smithsonian), Tellus Science Museum, and Savoy Automotive Museum. You can kayak Euharlee River, hike Pine Mountain, boat on Allatoona, visit Etowah Indian Mounds, shop/dine in downtown Cartersville, and visit local brewery. Just outside the city you’ll find Big Door Vineyard and Barnsley Gardens (dine/stay/play/golf). We have festivals, pub crawls, summer concerts at the downtown square and we have the historic Grand Theater.
Another gem of a vlog, Chad!! Love all these jewels you showcase! Were contemplating Helen now when we travel to Savannah, 5 hrs but it looks worth it!! ;) Ty for sharing
Use to live in Florida, just became to expensive and overcrowded, we moved to north Georgia last year. What a great place!
Same here but still stuck in Florida. Moving back to north Georgia very soon.

We’ve stopped off at The Varsity many times over the years. “Whaddayahave, whaddayahave?”

Will do! Thanks for the tips. Stopped there many times for fuel and food, but haven’t really explored the real Cartersville.
Absolutely! A must visit. I lived there for 14 years.
Never been to Georgia. Looks amazing. Another one for my list! Cheers Chad.
Macon has so much more. Absolutely fascinating nature, culture, architecture and history.
I always recommend people go to the Ocmulgee Indian Mounds. It was recently named a National Monument
Another must is to check out the North Georgia Revival in Dawsonville, Ga!!!
Thank You!

They have an Oktoberfest fest every year
Great Video! I Really Enjoyed It! Thank You!!!!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Can't believe Newnan and Macon made a place on this list when you could be visiting the Blueridge area, Tallulah George, or Cloudland Canyon.
Macon is home! ❤
Barnesville here
Did you take all of that drone footage? Nice video.
