His teachings do not miss and never fail to amaze us, as we hope this will do for you. This episode takes place at a speech Sadhguru gave at a 'Visionary Women' conference. He breaks down what it means to be a visionary and what it means to transcend being stuck in feeling short-term, misguided emotions by keeping the overarching vision in mind at all times. So, being responsible for owning your own emotions is good (volunteering toward or away from something/someone). But to share in someone else's suffering is something we need to choose to do in order to be attached to humanity -- and yet that's exactly what many/most people are trying to escape from. People don't want to be burdened by other people's suffering, but they do want to share in the joy and happiness that they want others to give them. Volunteering to be affected by the experiences of others may be how we get out of some of the messes we're in. Also.... happy birthday headband boy.
Oh man! That’s some really interesting stuff to go through. We don’t want to partake in other’s suffering, but we do think that we can not do that and still partake in the joy we get from others. It makes me think of dependence, how we are dependent on others if we don’t have control over our emotions. Thank you for making me think of this in a different way! Because of the perception of good and bad made by other religion....Today Hinduism is regarded as a religion but originally it was not a religion it was a culture....
That’s what I have heard! I like the idea of expanding the idea of what religion is. We put religion into a box, but it can be so much more than that if we do it right.
Well if I can take it one step more.......there is nothing called about Hinduism, here the culture is about the Sanatan Dharma (eternal law) which says that truth is one but there are different ways to attain........and that's why Buddha gave his way of attaining the truth (which is unfortunately known as a religion today) Mahaveer Jain taught his own way (another religion as Jainism)........so this culture respected the ways of others
And that's why u would never find that this culture flourished due to invasions. This culture accepted and respected everyone's way of life.

You guys are much logical and intelligent than most YTers I know, but sometimes you overdo it. Like at 13:00. You can go on saying how the bad things on earth is effecting the solar system, and the galaxy and the universe etc... But, I must say, every sentence you guys comment upon deserves a like and commendation.
I have to be careful about what I say as you tend to read too much out of it; even what may not be intended.
