Soak both the chanas and urad dal together in a bowl of water for 8 hours overnight 2. Soak raw rice and poha together in a bowl of water separately for 8 hours overnight 3. After soaking for 8 hours, grind everything together in blender or grinder using fresh water in smooth and flowing consistency 4. After grinding it to a smooth batter , add required salt and mix it well 5. Ferment it overnight 6. After fermenting , now the dosa batter is ready to make yummy Chana dosa. Hello priya mam, this is definitely healthy(protien rich) for normal people, but for people with pcos where carbs is devil. Please can u make a series with each veg meal having 25-30 g carbs, 20g protien. There is no much content in TH-cam on this.

I always use sunflower seeds in thengai chutney since my kid is allergic to channa dal, pottukadalai and all nuts. Infact, I subsitute sunflower seeds in many dishes including doshes with cashew nut gravy.

Now a days im making same kind of dosa priya. Mine was 5:1 (and one spoon fenugreek) ratio (thinai,kambu(any millets),idly rice,any lentils like rajma,channa,etc) : (black urad dal 1 glass) . It was so tasty. Valli u r amazing 👏
@superKiruthi I actually use my hand measurement, sis. 5:1... Some people don't like this millet, so, initially, you can measure 1 cup of any millet, three and half idly rice, rajama half cup, and one cup urad dal and one spoon fenugreek
