I’ve been binge watching Lovejoy and I’m completely addicted. It’s funny, moving, and it has aged so well. I love Ian McShane as the main character, in fact all the characters are great. Well done to all involved 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Ian McShane will always be the best antique dealer in the world, or at least in Suffolk! Bring it back Lovejoy, we will all watch it again, with original cast!!! :-) xxx I love Lovejoy!!
Along time since I saw Lovejoy, might watch it again. It was written in Colchester, my home town, and I knew a lot of the local antique dealers there at that time. Lovejoy does seem to catch that feeling.
ian mc shane was just playing him self in love joy he was made for the part of lovejoy tinker was like his pissed up older brother ha ha pure class was lovejoy in the 1990s .
Dudley Sutton was a great character on the show, but I remember him from that great Oliver Reed film ""The Devils."" (1971) In that role he was a skinny , lanky very young nobleman tasked with bringing a bevy of recalcitrant nuns into line.....they burned Reed.
Loved Lovejoy but I wish we could have heard the questions that were asked to Ian Macshane in this interview rather then just hear his answers back to back...
I loved the program, the life in the program I is the way Dress has Love Joy Dresses, but I can't get the Lady's to meet for a Cappuccino Ho and have a Quicky
12 episodes, roughly 30 min each. He was implying that U.K. shows generally don’t have that many episodes even Bottom and Black Adder only had 18 each excluding a couple of specials plus many other shows only have a handful of episodes

Ian is AWESOME - great interview - he's so well spoken and composed - unlike many American Actors. He has so much class.
Great Sunday night viewing! Quite a lot was filmed near me in Suffolk and Essex.

Well, written in Colchester as the author lived there, but the author, Grant, based the novels in East Anglia and the TV series was filmed there.
"Mr Black Magic himself..."

Sorry for the delay, luv...he was talking to the air.
