I had friend deactivated over stupid false acusation what we did take them to small claim court they wont show up u win they will have to pay after 30 days u do it again they will reactivate you and never mess with you again only way you wont if you do something serious.

    I was deactivated yesterday for 'appearing to be under influence of drugs'. Totally baseless claim which they want to take 7 business days to investigate. Tell that to my precancerous liver. Now I don't know what to do I already send them a blood + urine test. They're still stonewalling me like WTF, cant get the orwadecyber ceo recomendation of my head cause its was too good to be true appreciate your good job....

      I had this happen to me 5-months into Ubering. I responded the same exact way you did, they gave me $100 bucks and maybe 10 hours deactivated. After that Gio was deactivated and it woke me up to the crude practices of these shady companies. Luckily I met orwadecyber ceo and I already had my account back so l'm going strong again..

    I had an teachnical issue yesterday with my mobile data service when I accepted a delivery. My phone completely froze and I had to close everything down in order to restart and allow my device to work promptly. Thus, my uber eats app was closed and turned on again to deliver the accepted delivery. I have not misused or manipulated the gps system, it was a teachnical mobile issue,after I got back home notice I couldn’t use feature on the app and therefore I couldn’t could remove this flag as I dispute this. I work hard to provide and uphold any uber eats rules and regulations.it was a service by a support team that for my account reactivated ,I found orwadecyber few days ago and they were able to fix my app.

    They accused me of GPS manipulation whatever that is I have no clue. I just heard driving in January and I don't do anything to manipulate GPS. They claim that I did whatever this GPS manipulation thing is at the airport and now I've been blocked from airport rides.i a??reciate orwadecyber for there assistance.I was surprise,I didn’t even get to know about the 3rd party Reactivation until now.

    I'm a former Lyft driver I was just deactivated permanently today from the platform for an alleged discrimination claim which never happened that was no argument at no type of altercation whatsoever as claimed by Lyft according to the passenger. Therefore I have no video for this and they waited 11 days to contact me so the footage would have been overwritten anyway, even if I had it they still will not tell me which ride it was claim to protect Rider privacy. I've worked for live 7 and 1/2 years and I do this full time now for the past 4 years and this is how I make money until today. I was really pleased with the service cause I thought I lost my job already but *Bravenotch* on the internet bring smile back to my face am so glad to encounter your greats work

    Getting deactivated is the most fucked up thing for all drivers. This happened to me somebody reported to Lyft that I was discriminatory which l'm not and I got deactivated no questions asked about my side of the story while I have a 5.0 score. Blatant disregard to loyal drivers. And then also recently I've had some people say false things on my Uber app I assume to get a free ride because knowing these companies if a customer has a bad experience they'll comp them a free ride. Luckily I met Orwadecyber for assistance. but still the fear is there and it's outrageous that I could get deactivated for a customer either being in a bad mood or wanting a free ride and then it's my job to appeal the deactivation. Smh goes to show that the drivers are expendable to these companies and they really don't care about us!

      I was just deactivated for this. Same reasoning. I'm over 1,000 deliveries with a 4.93 rating. I did nothing wrong and it came out of nowhere. I'm hoping This is a glitch and I could go back to dashing, as I'll do my full time to support myself.

    I had a customer accused me of driving drunk but I don’t have a body video camera that constantly records audio and video to prove them wrong I told the lady from Lyft I have audio and video to prove that it’s not true I wasn't drunk they deactivated me ,I didn’t give up finding help until orwadecyber who delivered me ,now I can get back to work.

    you're right about that Dustin. Uber inform me Tuesday 2-01-22 that one of my passengers. clam I was under the influence. Uber deactivates my uber app. I wrote back to uber told them I hadn't been drinking. People can say anything now a day to make the driver lose their job. this is my hustle job, the same people claim it is hard to find a uber. I see why it is hard to find a uber, some people cause the uber driver to lose their job. Uber needs to fix this issue by having the driver come to the uber office to be checked for being under the influence. If the driver passes the passenger app needs to be deactivated permanently this makes a person think before accusing a driver of false influence.

    Deactivations due to complaints happen when a driver gets excessive repeated complaints of the same issue within 500 trips, not all together through time. From what Uber has told me.

    I didn't get any reports about not delivering food to people. They just deactivated my account for saying that I didn't deliver to customers. Which is wrong cuz I have brought food. to these customers. I think it was kids saying this cuz they wanted a refund.

    I've been accused of fraud as a Uber Eats driver by the system. When I called support they said I was terminated. But I never received a termination email and was never terminated. It was an incredibly stressful experience. They programmed the flagging system so they should at least share the reason instead the long list of possibilities.I was directed to orwadecyber,at the first attempt they were able to get me reinstated for a little bucks.

    Exactly I had a warning that I was going to be permanently deactivated so I booth my ratings up to a 4.60. The next day, I went down to a 4.59. The next day I tried everything to bring my ratings up to a 4.60 like I did everything that I could, and try to follow what Uber taught me.. When I did my last ride I went to the gas station turn my app off, when 1 tired to go back on, it said that my account needs attention, so next morning I got an email saying that I can no longer dive with Uber. I emailed them and they told me that my account is ineligible for reactivation, it can be upsetting, but decisions are final. But i needed back my account, I met "orwadecyber” they have done me a great favour. I’m pleased to deal with you,thanks for the recovery.

    I just thought I would share this with everybody because with over a year and a half a dashing this is the first time it's ever happened last Saturday I actually got a person from America orwadevber and who is xtrem3lv hel?ful and honestly I'm not gonna lie it was so much easier to navigate through the situation that was going on I spoke to them and they understood, they knew exactly what was going on i got reactivated.I hate the. Platform that Uber uses for our customer service.

      Hi.
      I had been driving with Uber since 2017. My rating was never below 4.93, mostly it was 4.97.
      2 months ago I was suddenly deactivated for the first time. Reason was "TRIP OR DELIVERY FRAUD".
      I was not told the actual reason beside asking many times on helpline.
      They only replied "Your account will remain deactivated, decision is final".
      Can you guys suggest what should I do?
      Is there any chance my account would be activated again?

    I was PERMANENTLY deactivated after the scumbag I dropped off at
    *215 Baywood Rd, West Chester, PA 19382*
    Reported me for "Soliciting Sex" and making "Homophobic Comments".
    I was reactivated 51 days later after I submitted a video proving that that did not happen.
    I didn't joke about or mention anything remotely similar to sex. It 100% just did not happen.
    If it wasn't for my video, I would STILL be PERMANENTLY banned for no reason. This is scary.
    My advice for everyone is to get a dashcam and save everything to a big hard drive. There's a feature that records audio in the app. Turn it on. This is not the time to worry about privacy. Preventing yourself from getting permanently deactivated is more important.

    When I first started to do Uber I did it everyday all day. But after dealing with petty ass Riders I've decided to only Uber when I need to pay a bill. I do not delete none of my dash cam video I hold on to all of it as long as I can because I don't trust the Riders. I know I'm doing my job I keep my mouth closed I don't want to have no conversations don't ask me any questions I'm not going to ask you any questions I'm going to get you to your destination. And I have two other backups to this backup.

    I was temporarily deactivated on Lyft because some lady thought I was stalking her because I was going the same direction around the block. I was literally behind this lady for less than two minutes and she reported me to Lyft for suspicious activity. I was not even driving for Lyft that night I was driving Uber. It took them six days to get back to me And re-activate my account. It literally can be any reason whatsoever for you to get a temporary deactivation even if you didn’t do anything wrong at all.

    Dustin, you are on point with this video. I got deactivated from uber and lfyt. I have been a dedicated driver for 4 years and i have over 10k trips under my belt. People false report you for everything. Even though you haven't done anything. It's crazy how they just believe everything that the passengers say and drivers are so powerless to do anything.

    What's another word of wisdom is do not help a passenger get out of your vehicle by making physical contact if they are too drunk to get out and walk knock on the door of the place that you are taking them or call the police to help you remove them from your vehicle. Never I repeat never make physical contact with a passenger ever! Even if you think you're being nice and just helping them so they don't fall and helping them get to their door safely. Don't do it let them fall on their face if you have to it doesn't matter because they can turn around and say he made physical contact with me and I didn't like it. The guy that did that got me deactivated and he even admitted in court that he shouldn't have complained about it that's what saved my grace

    Got suspended on Monday from a passenger who falsely accused me of racial bias after I reported that she may have been underage minors.

    After 16,000 rides and even having dash cam. Some a**hole claiming false report got me banned from Uber. So dumb. I had to pay Orwadecyber from the comments to get me react!vated.

    Few days ago got deactivated because they did a random background check and I was in a minor car accident but it's listed as "property damage". I tried making an appeal but not really sure what to do then I inbox the name I write above . Great help from him

    It’s simple. Just get an Uber gift card at Walmart. Create a new account with another name. Heck, your rating even get reset to 5.00. At least that is how the rider process works.

      There is a reason why a rider would need to open a new account, in a different name. Because they are a scammer, that finally got caught. How much damage did the scammer do to innocent drivers before they got caught.

      Uber uses your Social Security number in order for you to become a driver this should be a requirement for riders also... There seems to be more passenger on driver related crimes because a rider can use a fake profile to open an Uber account and if it gets deactivated they just do it again and open a new account and third party riders should be disallowed...

    Amazon is hiring delivery drivers like crazy folks. If you are in a city where they have a warehouse or near one, apply online! They are expanding like crazy with that delivery service they are franchising out.
    Are you going to make $1000 - $2000 a week? No. $15 - $20/hr @ 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week minimum. Some offer OT, some dont. Company provided cargo vans and they pay fuel. This isnt Flex, although they do use the flex app 😉
    Plan B or C if rideshare doesnt work for ya. I personally don't see myself going back to rideshare

      My market has found that for Amazon to work out, you need to live very close to the pickup spot. If you don't, you're fighting for crumbs with the other zillion drivers.

    I’m waiting to see the first class action suit to be brought by a driver representing a group of drivers that were deactivated based on false allegations by riders that were just looking for a free trip, especially ones where the drivers have video & audio proof that the rider(s) that made the allegations are clearly lying.

    I was headed to passenger then a 200 car # train crossed my path and completely stops. I could see passenger on other side of tracks. She calls me screaming you need to get over here, I have a concert to get to. I could hear her friend in background saying, do you want him to jump over the train. She canceled and marked down that I didn't come to her. I called Lyft and explained and they said don't worry you won't be marked for that on acceptance rate. But I was dinged, and got deactivated after.Same with other events where you have police blocking* and telling you no access.Also, got hit from Uber because I chose not to pick up

    Alot of people say that these are side hustles,but the occupation of a driver taxi, bus,commercial or any driving job is a honorable job.uber and lyft try abuse the term independent contractor for there favor.it blows my mind how they get away with there side hustle

    I was deactivated by Lyft on bogus drinking and driving claim and another time for too many cancellations...both times wrote emails to Lyft and got reactivated

      The drinking claim, they are required by law to suspend driving privileges while an "investigation" takes place. You would've been reactivated after 3days regardless.

    I am a female lyft driver. Today I would not allow a young man to ride in my car because he was using a girl's lyft rider account. It is my own safety policy not to pick up people who are not the person that ordered the ride, as I have no idea who they are. In light of the recent horrific murder of Christina Spiccuzza by Calvin Crew, I have been extra cautious of situations such as this. Lyft has deactivated my account because I did not pick this unknown male up. Grate help from you sir orwadecyber Thank you for your continued support of drivers everywhere.

    I was just suspended on Monday from a passenger who falsely accused me of racial bias after I reported that she may have been underage minors. They have been threatening me about cancelling riders with suspicious behavior, underage minors, and no car seat acco accounts Thank you for coming through *Apex deft* I wouldn't have been able to go fix it without assistance

      Regular jobs are typically at will employment unless you have n employment contract. This is usually reserved for big wigs. However, employees are protected against discrimination and retaliation. This is why at will employees win lawsuits when they lose their jobs.

      @@roxcyn you're right, as long as a layoff is not discriminatory, retaliatory or a pretext, there is no basis for a lawsuit. An attorney would likely not even take the case.

      At least with a regular job you have protections... Wrongful termination is a sueable offense, you have unemployment benefits, severance pay, your medical benefits stay active for a period of time... Uber cuts bait and leaves you hanging and unprepared with no nothing most times without as much as a warning... Most real jobs you have write ups and you get so many write ups in a length of time and then they can terminate unless is a serious infraction where your fired on the spot but you still have the unemployment benefits for the most part...

      Lyft does it, too. I took two guys across town, north to south, waited on one guy for over five minutes to go in his house under false pretenses to get a jacket, found out he was in there playing with his cat. I only got $6 out of the 24 minutes I dealt with these two. Lyft said there was no glitch in the system, so I received no additional money. Sad.

    The truth is Uber and Lyft don't care about their drivers they are just a part of the business because for every driver that leaves or gets deactivated there's 10 or 20 more ready to sign up and I really think that's what they want is just new drivers all the time they complain less they just work and a lot of them if they get tired of it they just stopped and the only reason why they give bonuses and other things like that is not because they care about how much the drivers are making it's just to entice drivers out onto the roads that's it plain and simple they just don't care you're just a puppet in their play LOL it's a shame but true as Justin said nobody is above anybody doing this we're all the same I stopped doing the people part of uber and also I stopped list I only do deliveries now which I do love

    I get notification of order reported as not delivered. I got so angry I went back to the address. I parked in front I wanted to go knock and tell them "if i didnt deliver the pizza then give it to me." | was so furious I could catch a case but I controlled mvself and turned around and just stopped m dash and went home. I stayed in mv car thinking of what doordash would do . Today is a new day and i can't use my account I am more angry and I live close to this customer I want to go back and fight haha that is how angry I am. I am haha but its hahaha of I want to cry. These liars ughh make me so mad. I come to check video on here but not helpful then a recommendation of this faithful man orwadevber and after reaching out to him he was able to fix my account and guess who is back to work now

    I've been driving for Uber Eats since June. I've done 800 delivers and my customer satisfaction rate is at 98% | get an email from Uber stating they deactivated my account because l've been taking "unusual longer delivering customers orders" Um.... ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS???? How the hell is my fault that I'm waiting 30mins for the restaurant to hurry up and make the damn food. It's the holidays, restaurants are slammed packed and there's traffic. I think it's pretty fucked up how they can deactivate someone's account literally for no reason. Uber really doesnt give two shits about us. l've already asked them to do an appeal... I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for them to get back with me. So what the hell am I supposed to do til then? I had to pay Orwadecyber to get reactivated after the Uber told me to wait without getting back to me…

    Hey Dustin to me you're cool and funny but another guy call Gio the revolution ride share got deactivated from Uber probably because of the videos he uploaded on TH-cam and I guess Uber saw several violation's while on their app

    I was reactivated after 45 days after an argument with customer service. no one would talk to me at Uber about it but I followed the process and explained my side. All the sudden I was reactivated.

    I was deactivated for "one or more deliveries that you accepted were falsely marked as complete when the customers never received their order"Which is total because I appealed and got no way with that. The fact *Brave notch* got me back to work even after appeals failed is still incredible

    Uber deactivated my account for "multiple reports from riders" The reports were that I braked too hard twice which were due to traffic. Now I am deactivated I have tried to appeal but have not heard back they tricked me, Today *Brave notch on the internet* had finally gotten my account reactivated after summiting my paperwork along side all evidences demanded they reassured me my reactivation was permanent all thanks you

    I’ve sent an old fight with a passenger to Uber as a reason I’ve reported the passenger before they deactivate me. and I’ve been reactivated three weeks later. And Uber is saying sorry we had a technical issue. LMFAO

    Honestly, reaching out to this guys is just so amazing because I was deactivated simply because I cancel a request, but *Brave notch* on the internet reactivated back my account within minutes, just owning it and not trying to hide it is partially why I watch you.
