I know you commented this several months ago, so I apologize if I'm a little late with the help, but it's 7 sets of only one exercise. Usually it is the last exercise, but it could also be the first to pre fatigue the muscle before the workout.

With cable you'll have a constant resistance during the negative, keep on switching between the two, every 4 - 6 weeks
