The Vietnam they don't want you to see 🇻🇳

  • 🇻🇳 Hello guys! After 2 awesome weeks down in Saigon, it was time to leave and head back to the north, to my home in Hanoi. But rather than driving back to Hanoi by my bike, I thought it would be fun to make to show you what a night bus is like in Vietnam, and make an extra pit stop along the way in Gia Lai Vietnam, to explore the beautiful, mostly untouched western mountain nature of Vietnam.
Night buses in Vietnam are not like other buses you've taken - they're like something out of a movie. Disco colored lights, 2 floors withs beds, flying around corners and around other cars, buses, and motorcycles... It was a long night.
After the long bus ride, we came to a tiny little place in the middle of nowhere. And after much confusion, inquiring, and haggling, we hired two sketchy bikes to take us 25km through the forest and to the top of a random mountain. It was there that we found serene pools, giant waterfalls, and a place to ourselves.
My buddy Phan Quốc in the video also has a TH-cam channel, check it out: / kedumuc

Chris, I am so glad to see southern Vietnam prosper. It was so nice to see the mutual hospitality exchanged with your guides on the journey to those beautiful waterfalls. Your experience today helps temper my sadness and pain from 53 years ago when I served my country in Dak To, Kon Tum Province. You give me hope for the future of humanity,

The part they don't want you to see are the parts where agent orange wiped out all the foliage even to this day and the soil, water, and vegetation in the surrounding areas is contaminated from indirect exposure and their citizens are still getting insane levels of cancer and other health issues along with babies being born with rare genetic disorders that you only see with extreme radiation exposure.

Keep it up Chris !

    1. It was only discovered a few years ago.
    2. It is the second largest waterfall in Vietnam (after Ban Gioc waterfall in Cao Bang province).
    3. K50 K'Bang waterfall is located on a stream, which is the natural boundary between Gia Lai province and Binh Dinh province.
    4. A few kilometers east of K50 K'Bang waterfall in the territory of Binh Dinh province, there is a waterfall called 40 waterfall.
    5. K50 K'Bang Waterfall is located in Kon Ka Kinh National Park (Kon Chu Rang Nature Reserve).

Cùng thời gian này có một thanh niên Việt Khoa Pug cầm 10 tỷ qua Mỹ học tiếng Anh đang ở cách ly 14 ngày tại khách sạn Santa Barbara Califirnia. Thú thật tôi thấy gần gũi với Chris hơn vì cảm nhận anh ta chân thật.

I once took a similar overnight bus there, never again. The driver refused to stop for toilet breaks and the staff got angry and threatened to punch tourists who complained about anything. They stuffed scooters into the luggage hold, in the morning my backpack was covered in oil etc. It was a hellish night.
