With Lan Yan being from Chenyu Vale I'm hoping that the Lantern Rite might focus on Chenyu Vale lore - I'd really love for Fujin and Lingyuan to reunite with Changsheng and hang out with Madame Ping, since it's implied they had met her before. Baizhu didn't show up in last year's Lantern Rite at all and he's one of my favorite characters, so a Baizhu and Changsheng focused Lantern Rite would be a huge treat for me. (I might prefer to have the trio's reunion in-game permanently as a small follow-up world quest to the Chenyu Vale questline, or a Baizhu story quest part 2, but honestly, I'm hungry for anything at this point.)

It sucks honestly, its crazy how hoyo has released two games since Shenhe's last banner, worst part is that last latern rite where she made a lot of appearances she had no banner with Cloud retainer during then which would have been perfect to have.
Yeah, I’m pretty sure she hasn’t rerun since Honkai star rail launched. It’s been so long since we’ve seen her, and she doesn’t qualify for chronicled wish banners since she hasn’t been rerun 3 times yet. Hopefully, cryo gets buffed soon, so they rerun all the banished cryo units. 😢

I'm an Asian and rattan is like dried vine? Not exactly vine, it's more flexible and stronger, it can be used to make furnitures and toys, but most importantly, rattan can also be used to punish child because it's so flexible. I've got whoosh by my teacher when I was in primary school and the swelling lasted for three days😂 Gaming said knuckle sandwich in English, but the phrase he used in Chinese version means getting punished by rattan and it's super funny to me for being so relatable😂😂
I loooove her design so much, plus her eyes were very fun to draw lol, I finished my doodle a couple hours before drip dropped dude I was sweatin for sure 😅
I like that she's a crafter, and I really like her color scheme, this green is gorgeous. Though, I'll have to see her gameplay and model to decide if I'll try to get her. As for costumes, I'd also like to see one for Yanfei, she's one of my favorite 4 stars.
I really need Baizhu to have more screentime, if this is a Chenyu Vale focused Lantern Rite he needs to be there this time Hoyo. Also I would like to have a skin for Xiao, Baizhu and Yelan as for the 4* I would love to have a Chongyun skin, and I agree the archons skins are probably for end game related content. Anyway I'm excited for the patch and to see you playing it, enjoying it, Lan Yan looks very good I really like the design and colors. I hope we get a hand to hand martial arts character from Liyue, I mean martials arts is said to make non-vision as good as a vision bearer which is insane, something like Kung Fu, Karata or Bajiquan just like Baizhu have pressured point animations. I find that weird we still don't have one ( I theorized it could be Pantalone because of his destitute past, his possible Liyue origins - he wear something that look similar to a Changshan - and Harbingers also tend to be NA focused dps and all ) and I can't really see Lan Yan being into hand to hand martial arts, she give more long distance type of characters to me so maybe a bow user or a catalyst/polearm that uses a chinese brush and ink to fight, but if she happens to be then I'll be surprise and happy.
