Are Street Food Safe From Street Vendors in San Pedro, Belize

About a month ago, I caught Covid. The lingering results after was brain fog, the inability to concentrate, memory problems and the lack of any form of desire to do anything...
I tried everything to snap out of it, exercise, coffee, energy drinks, physical activity, you name it. Nothing seemed to work. I needed something to jump start my brain. I need to take myself out of a familiar situation, and cause my brain to have to continually adjust to my situation
I NEED a change of surroundings.
I was lucky. I only had flu-like symptoms for one day and I thought i had beaten it
After a few days i was symptom free, and I was able to go about my daily life again
...or so i thought...
2 weeks later i had noticed that i had no energy. It was really difficult for me to concentrate
I didn't even want to get out of bed...every...day. I find myself just staring at the screen at work.
This was my solution
