It's called an arpeggiated chord, when you 'roll' the chord quickly. :)

+Thea Jacobs Hi Thea! Sorry for whatever reason I didn't get a notification for your comment a few months back. So, as far as the sheet music goes: Is it sheet music of my cover exactly? Or is it sheet music for the composition of the original song? Either way Im fine with you uploading it to Musescore as long as you aren't charging anything for it. If you are charging however, it can get tricky with copyright issues, and I don't really want to get involved in that. But if you are simply handing out the sheets so that people can more easily learn the song, than I'm completely fine with that!

Unfortunately, I only have a keyboard with 54 keys. Will it work on that or do I have to skip some parts because I'm lacking the right tiles?

You can still play the song, it just won’t sound as “full” as you will be missing some of those base chords.
Alright! One question, how do you work out what key the piece is in?
The piece starts in the key of a minor (no sharps no flats except for when you play the e major cord, where a is flat) then later on towards the end the key jumps to c minor.
