@@doublemanok6569 They don't produce it anymore because bossa nova is a brazilian musical genre that was born in the 50s from the mix of jazz and samba, so it's basically old music that derived into other styles such as MPB(brazilian popular music) for example, and sadly, in july of this year the father of bossa nova, João Gilberto, died at 88
I still can't believe Shibayan created most bossanova touhou songs. I mean, after many electric pop and the like one is so used to listen to from them...

@@optionalresult all the music is created by a group called Shibayan Records. They make bossa nova covers of music that is featured in the the games. I think they have an official youtube channel.
@@flowlink_ it's a type of contraction in portuguese (a + a = à). native speakers often don' know how to use it, so it's impressive shibayanrecords used it correctly in "à procura"
Brazilian folks here saying there's more bossa in Japan than Brazil these days just because Shibayan produces these (wonderful) albums have no idea what they're talking about. Look around ffs, everywhere you go there rodas de chorinho and bars dedicated to bossa, mpb and samba...
I wish that this was what happened but now just some people hear this tipe of music there even on the place that bossa nova and samba was born you don´t hear these too much now the thing that you can hear in these places are brasilian funk and sertanejo and sorry for the shitty english
@@thomazmiguel2654 lolno, there's samba, bossa and pagode thriving in every major city, in the bars and in the street. Where I live it's a daily thing. Samba is everywhere. Just because your social circle isn't exposing you to it, that doesn't mean it's gone. It just means you're looking at it wrong.
