    I’m a bit worried about those stair jumps, is there anything I can do to build that confidence. Also is there an alternatives to the hurdles?

      For stair jumps we recommend putting a marker on each step you are aiming to jump for whether it is every 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th step and for hurdle hops you can use mini hurdles or just try to jump higher with your feet like you are jumping over something
