- How to change the v-belt on your SoRoTo® CMS Cement Mixer
You need:
8 spanner
13 spanner
New v-belt
BEWARE: Do not plug in the machine, unless else is clearly stated.
1:7 Remove the nuts from the motor cover
Remove the nuts from the motor cover using an 8 spanner.
2:7 Remove the motor cover
Lift the motor cover and pull it off.
3:7 Losen the motor
Remove the top left nut with a 13 spanner.
4:7 Remove the old v-belt
Lift up the motor to remove the v-belt.
5:7 Mount the new v-belt
The grooved side goes towards the wheel.
Make sure to mount the bottom first.
6:7 Fasten the motor
Fasten nut and disc using the 13 spanner again.
7:7 Mount the motor cover
Put on the motor cover and fasten all the nuts with the 8 spanner.
