Excellent video! Making people aware of those situations before they happen will definitely help reduce any human dog confrontations. Thank you Schoolboy!

Duran was past his prime when he began to fight as a welterweight- almost 30 years old, lightweight champion in 1972 , he really was before the others time, Duran was a boyhood hero of mine. Those other guys were great fighters and Champions in every way too.

I had a female who showed HA against kids. She was Frisco×Hammonds cross. Adults all fine, crowded areas, no problem. But with kids, she would go real quite and make this low head turn. Got rid of her fast, she cost me a good but of change as well. Fuck it, shit happens.

@abdulabdullahi3849 You did the right thing. Some dogs look at kids as prey because they're small and emit high pitched sounds.

Yea there's no messing around when it comes to kids ! I also had a female that "turned" aggressive after being around kids 100% fine for 6yrs. At the time I was building my home & staying in an apartment building. Had a fenced yard but, the kids next door would rush the fence, kick it, bark at the dog & get her going🤦 because of that, she started to hate kids. I had no choice but to put her down because I had a newborn myself at the time.

@mikefrost1312 Kids messed up and the dog had to pay but it's better that than an accident with your child.

@richardgarciaschoolboy7746 absolutely. Was no fault of the dogs at all! I just couldn't risk my own child at the time, being in an apartment I couldn't put her outside on a chain.. and everyone I knew at the time, either had kids of their own OR, had kids around regularly. Was unfortunate

Mr garcia, i don't have no where near the experience as you but have been around dogs since I was born. I've been mostly around terriers untill about 1984. That's when I was introduced to game staffs. I've never ever been bit by either of them dogs even when in action but I have been bit by a border collie and a German shepherd. What people don't understand is that if you give a wrong signal (even like musical whiltle) it can set dogs off. I've been around farms.for years when they are raising turkeys and if you make a whistling noise they group up and its just whistling why you work. Dogs are the same, that's why there's a difference between good dog handlers and bad. I hope that made sense

@cardboard316 You have plenty of experience, going by your comments. I agree with you and other breeds have a higher percentage of biting people, like Akitas,Queensland Heelers and Chows. Thanks for your comments and input.

@richardgarciaschoolboy7746 thank you. I'll just say this as to how most dogs operate and animals in my opinion.
About 20 years back my boy way in to mx so we needed places to ride. We got permission to rides at another farm that must have had 60 dogs running loose living in sheds and just feral. The man had wolf cross dogs and others kept in cages and they were wild. Any ways we get a puncture in the van setting off for home. I started getting the spare wheel off and no joke I was surrounded by dogs, no pits but loads of others. I was a bit worried but had to get down on the floor. There's was a English massive what looked soft af fuck and a little jack rustle what was his mate. Some other English massive what looked the same but as mean as fuck tried muscle in the other one started deep growling as to say I'm warning you and it went away. I swear then two dogs had my bag that day and we got away safe.
I know it's not pit related but it happened . And that taught me another lesson a out staying g cool because dogs pic up on it.
      Salute ✌️

@cardboard316 More good stuff because the HA trait can be in any breed of dog but moreso in feral dogs because they are wild. It could have been the submissive posture you showed or because you panic and didn't react negatively but whatever it was you got out of there with your skin intact.

Man i got out of situation between two catch weight dogs without being bitten and I realized later how bad it could have been...although i knew the owner the dogs didnt know me and they weren't pups anymore. My dumbass tried to help him break up his two males that suddenly got into it, a Tab and Zebo bred, damn if the Buckskin didn't lunge at me three times, just missing me and puncturing the joggin hose two times at the ankles, and once at the knee like he knew to go for the joints man...smdh.

@richardgarciaschoolboy7746 Another time i walked a midnight cowboy dog for a buddy and 5 min. into the walk on least it turned towards me and i happened to be near a gate, i went in the yard, closed the gate quickly, put the handle on the fence post and walked away. Called my buddy to come get the crazy dog. But of the 80+ that ive kept their were maybe 5 that were man biters. I have only been bitten during play and by accident lightly. Both time by them RBJs, they can be real goofy. But like u said, they are strong and it is sad when they get a hold of people, not to mention kids. Accessible breaking sticks are a must if u have one.

@gis3820 Good info and comments. Only a small percentage bite people but you should always be aware of the ones that do. My friend had a similar experience but more intense. His dog bit his arm severely and he had to wedge the dog between a door to get him off. Caused permanent damage to his arm.
