- Short answer, If your pistol is a happy camper when it comes to PMAGs, yes.
The cost of a 17round Glock Mag and Extension from Arredondo (retail) is about $70 after tax, the PMAG17 and Arredondo extension is little over $40.
I would say that's a good freaking deal (if you want a baseplate extension)

I think the more cost effective option would be to buy GL9 21 round magazines and add the cain arms sleeve that fills the gap between the 21 round mag and a Glock 17 or 19. Far less expensive and more reliable.

I have 5 taran tactical +5 extensions and like how they perform and look so got 5 Arrendondo +5's for my magpul mags as well

@@DigitalArmory_ All 5 have worked flawlessly over ~500 rounds for me so I do trust them for edc. I'd wait for one of their sales though since they are kinda pricy

@@DigitalArmory_ I did a lot of research and settled on the TTI ones for reliability and durability, I'd say get a couple since (with my G19 at least) I could have 61 rounds on me with only 3 mags, which is nice

Do the pmag extensions not work on Glock OEM mags?
No, they have different attachment points and I guess different springs, I haven’t actually tried swapping springs.
Can anyone confirm if shield arms, strike industries, train with purpose will work with pmags?
So Magpul makes a ton of pmags. For pistols, they make pmags that fit Glock 19, 17 & 26. So guns that use Glock mags for those can run them. Shield arms wouldn’t work because I believe they only deal with Glock 43, 43X, & 48. If strike industries or Train with purpose do anything Glock 19 or 17 related, you can use pmags. They are also doing pmags for sig P320/M17/M18. And if you’re referring to any pcc or rifle, yeah there is probably a pmag that fits it.

Oh cool! It cost more but it is metal! And unfortunately it doesn’t come with the longer spring that is required to use it. So that’s $9 more.

I did! I like knowing of different companies and what they are doing. Ive never heard of SLR Rifleworks, it looks like they make some quality products. It’s a really good option if someone has PMAGs and really wants to have a metal extension. It makes sense.
Would they work with a 15 round pmag for PSA Compact
They do have one for the p-15, the springs are different.
How did the pmag perform!
I haven’t had any issues. I’ve actually had better performance from them than Glock OEM mags. But there seems to be a larger discrepancy with them working across guns than Glock mags.

No, it’s made specifically for pmag 17’s. I do believe Arredondo makes an extension for the SD9 VE though.

That would be nice. Have you checked out Solum Tool? They make extensions that don't cost as much as HK, they are still around $30.
