- A comedy 30 second meaningful reflection speech, explaining why a bank is a good high street (or main street if US) retail location, shop or store in which to fight a werewolf. Vote at aristorators.c...
Aristorators is here to create whimsical silly comedy content around the ideas of meaningfully debating meaningless questions. Please subscribe, like, share, comment and watch more of our stuff content on public speaking, the game, and example speeches of meaningless subjects.
We also have a debating game for 4 or more players. Test plays have indicated we succeeded in our design intent to ensure a fun evening for everyone. Download the starter version for free on www.aristorators.com. If we get enough interest, we can launch a kickstarter. It'll probably take about seven years, and we plan to have fun with this content in the meantime.
Silver coinage, bags of hefty gold bars for bludgeoning with, crippling debt to bestow, there are lots of opportunities by which a werewolf can be fought (and overcome) at a bank.
Thank you for your learned insights! But is it a shop in the first place?
@emiliopavongras9185 thank you for your wise reasoning, which feels fairly conclusive! Debt-related combat it is to be. It means there is also the opportunity to weaponise both the sheer monotony and anxiety of credit applications themselves.
ok I agree except with the bags of gold bars, you will not be able to use a bag of goldbars in a fight, way to heavy, makes your back hurt like Hell.
This is the best form of absurdist nonsense I've seen in a while. It feels like the pseudo-philosophical points my friends and I raise at the DnD table.
Wait I didn't even realize this is an ad for a game. Consider me curious
Thank you for taking the time to like and comment! The game is a free print and play. The content is more to encourage slightly absurdist conversation. We don't need you to enjoy the game in order to enjoy our work.
I voted on your stuff; it might take a bit to get this project really going but don't lose hope or stop this is GOLD and when the universe finds out about it; it will stream into peoples recommended as it did mine.
Thank you for your these lovely words of encouragement! We are a young channel and all comments, watches, shares, likes and feedback make a huge difference. We note that gold is, unfortunately, unlikely to stop a werewolf.
I have been a good girl. Santa, please let me have this game for Christmas!
Thank you for watching and commenting! And congratulations on staying within Santa's qualification criteria!
We will be able to produce a physical version of the game once we have 50,000 or more subscribers. Until then, we can't trust that we have a game that covers the initial manufacture costs.
Please help us by sharing, liking, watching, commenting more and subscribing. We would love to bring this to the wider world.
In the meantime, you can download and print a version for free at our website www.aristorators.com. We have new print version being released in a couple of days after feedback.
@@aristorators I played a simplified version with my in-laws at family dinner today. They enjoyed the concept. We played the question of which food item should compliment the bread and fish in feeding the 5000. My argument for the Arugula (racer?) won, primarily when I clarified that the bread and fish was likely in bits (rather than whole loaves) when presented to the people, so having a wrap of sorts helped.
That's wonderful to hear! We're planning on updating the rules, including some new questions, in the next couple of days. We're very excited by the feedback received so far on the game, and really hope that we can get to a point of it being viable to print physical copies.
And we can definitely see the argument that arugula / rocket would really tie that bread / fish combo together.
What is a shop but a place you give money in exchange for things. You can give them coins for larger coins, houses for coins, coins for houses, I think they count as a shop
An excellent and learned definition! You also give money for security, and in the case of many bankers, money for their bonuses to spend on expensive cocktails and sports cars. So definitely a shop.
