Looks great James!! And saving 1800 bucks doesn't hurt as much as your eye and lip. LOL C'mon now, Ruthie gave you the shiner for spending too much time and money in the garage. You're among friends. Fess up. LOL You've made me eat my words. I've researched the aero kit for my 997.1 and it's almost half the cost of your 991 new aero kit. So going used was the way to go. You're almost as thrifty as a Scot!! ;-) With the used 911 market going through the roof, sell it and get a 991.2 Targa (4)S in something other than grey, white, or black. How's the baby? Cheers for the vids!

Hey James, super helpful video! I am also planning to add the aerokit/sport design bumper to my 991.1. Were you successful in being able to retrofit the front park assist feature since your car didn't originally come with it? Did you just need the 4 sensors and a new wiring harness or were there any other tricks to retrofitting it? I only have the rear sensors but would like to add front sensors when I install my new aerokit bumper. Any gotchas?

Nice one James. Thinking if you can get hold of it second hand on the cheap, maybe consider replacing the standard engine cover grill for the black GTS grill that came on the 991.1 GTS. Part number is 99151233111OK1. The existing LED strip is transferrable, there's a few good installation guides on the forums and even then it looks like a simple job.
Only problem is looks like you cannot get it anywhere for under $1,500. It looks the nuts though giving it a classic 993/964 look while still modern bringing it up to 991.2 style. Plus you hardly see any cars with it so you'd definitely turn Porsche fans heads. I haven't really made any big mods on my 991.1 (mine's agate grey too... sorry Nick Murray) but I'd definitely go for this one.

In the reassembly, you glossed over the GTS/AeroKit condenser air flow shrouds. While there are no photos, should we assume that you did have to replace the two condenser shrouds? How much $$$? Also aren't the two small intakes on either side of the center bumper panel supposed to be connected to brake cooling ductwork. Did you replace that also?
Also in the removal video, you said you were sealing up the PDC sensor hole but in this bumper replacement video you show replacing sensors into the bumper. Did you perform a RETROFIT of PDC sensors on the car? Future project?
Thanks. I really appreciate the work that you go through to produce these videos. It's a big help to us fellow DIY'rs
