There is a safety switch which is pushed in by the chute or mulching piece being attached to the deck. I took the cover off and it wouldn't start. Put it back on, no problem. It takes only a minute with 2 easily accessible wingnuts and no tools. This mower starts up first crank each time and it is a joy to use. It also mows in reverse by putting the key to the reverse area after starting and pushing in the triangular button. It will stay in reverse mode until you turn it off. All in all, for my homeowner needs, I really like this mower-and at 70 bucks a cut here in Miami, it's already more than 1/3 paid for itself in a month.

I am glad I found your video about Adams' small engines. I called them, and he had a complete bagger kit for my tractor brand new NOS in the box. I was impressed, to say the least. This place is definitely worth the drive if you need parts for older equipment.

Nice inventory. Looks like a little purging of inventory is needed but he does do a great job. Looks respectable not a lot of junk from the road view sitting around.
I did a second video when I went back later on in the year. He did end up recycling I think close to 30 mowers that he said we pretty picked over to make room for new inventory. He has been doing a lot of work organizing tires and other things as well. I am looking forward to going back this spring. I will try to post updated videos when I travel here so everyone can see all the new inventory.

Wow... Only one small row of Sears Suburban style tractors, and even less Tube frame Bolens tractors. Really huge inventory otherwise. I like that these tractors are all on solid ground and not out in the weeds and mud. I would drive out of state for that.

Power King Tractors in this place to! That's rare. Power King tractors are hardly discarded, they're that good of tractors.
There are I think 7 Power Kings. They are all for sale. I do not think they are being parted out. There are prices on all of them.

Watching you go by all the cub cadet decks I've been looking for for mine for forever is sad. Talk about a double edged sword built to last and if you find one good they're built to heavy duty to afford shipping now. I'd end up spending so much money here new wheels new deck new seat pans wheel weights the list goes on and on.

Just curious- Do they have an inventory or do you just wander around to see what you can find?
They do have a inventory of some parts. The youbpull it out back is always changing. He is getting new stuff in every week, And people are always pulling parts. I was there one day and did not bring the right tools for a few parts I wanted. Came back a month later and someone else got them. Great place to check out. If you are looking for a specific part I would call ahead and ask what they have. He is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
