I numbered them all and removed the seats and number on it Plus I tried keeping transmission covered with small pieces of sheet metal and battery setting on it Just hd trash bag over engine if it’s ok

I have carpentry, IT and cnc stuff in my workshop, but in a much smaller volume (unfortunately, my country is not the most fortunate place for self-realization from a financial point of view, so all hobbies move very slowly). I'm just taking my first steps into the world of tractors with a self-built machine and I've only just started accumulating the necessary (and not necessary :)) ) parts. Just Stop Buying. Get in a Dumpster. Segregate and be brutal on what you keep. Ya, lots of good stuff you will never use. Utilize your knowledge on what you really need.

Best bet is to get a upper from ebay. They are new aftermarket . They run around $100. The last few 54 inch deck I received have been ruff, all that style decks are getting hard to find not in ruff condition unless they have been really taking care of by the owners. Thanks for watching!
