I think it needs to be seen fitted out as the downstairs currently looks a lot like a corridor at the minute. People will love or hate opening the door onto the whole of the downstairs. if your not particularly tidy everyone sees your mess cause you cant hide it and having the door open straight onto the stairs i believe is bad Fung Shui (if you believe in that). The kitchen is light and bright but also small, I imagine food smells 'lingering' quite easily in the open plan space. But I guess with a terrace not much can be done about that, would be interested to see the end valuation.
