    To be honest with you, anybody that watches and knows how Dave Ramsey operates is not surprised by anything that was on the recording. If you guys listened to his show, you would find that all those so-called "secret recordings" he says on his show all of the time. He has said how he will fire people for this or that. He is very blunt about it. There is no secret about anything that he says. I've heard him say far far worse than any of those recordings you guys just had us listen to. So this is just another click bait video.

      One explanation would be, for instance, if 20 male employees had been known to break Ramsey's rules, and 5 females, which resulted in 5 males and 4 females being fired. However, that is just a hypothetical.
      I don't know the reality of the situation, but I'm hoping each lawyer does when they make assertions like this.
      Looks like they finally did pull the pin on Hogan, which at least makes Ramsey less of a hypocrite.

      If a guy (who works for Ramsey) gets his girlfriend pregnant, as long as he keeps his mouth shut about it all is good. Yeah, his close friends at work will likely find out, but chances are pretty good that Dave, himself, never finds out about it. With 900 employees and a business empire to run, this has got to be a low priority item for upper management. But, if a non-married female employee get pregnant, she is screwed. There is no way to hide it. The woman is at a distinct disadvantage.

      He "might" have done so in the past before he surrendered his life to Christ. The Bible says, no one is sinless. In this new life he got, he may still stumble but he's determined about his mission. Just so we can accuse someone with hypocrisy does it not require one to be completely sinless? He may no longer be in the practice of sinning, which is why he's eager to employ these Biblical principles in his own company. What can you do about it? Accuse him now of hypocrisy (lol)

      @@getchertified Sure I could as can anyone else. Although no one is sinless he takes obsession over other peoples’ sins to another level far beyond anything I might be implying. the problem with the term "pre marital sex" or "pre marital" in general is it assumes everyone will marry. not everyone wants to and it is a mathematical and logistical impossibility for everyone to marry. yet god hard wired us all for sex, made it pleasurable for all, and made it mentally and physically beneficial to all. so why would a god who loves us all unconditionally (according to christians anyway) do that and then restrict sex to married people knowing full well not everyone will marry? that seems cruel. if you don't marry are you supposed to die a virgin? why is it not a sin for two 20 years olds who dated six weeks and had a wedding ceremony to have sex while it is a sin for two 30, 40, 50, 60+ year olds who have been an exclusive yet unmarried couple for years if not decades to have sex? it makes no sense! faith does not bother me. blind faith i find scary as hell, and Dave and those who think like him are emotionally reacting to unmarried people having sex when they should be using logic and reason. if i am missing something please enlighten me

    • @JustMeAP1
      @JustMeAP1 9 วันที่ผ่านมา

      In the Bible, any sex was seen as being married and legally responsible. No such thing as having children out of wedlock. The "shotgun marriage" was only for your ring. Today, HALF of Americans are born to single mothers with no men in the home. And the measured rates of teen drug abuse and pregnancy, delinquency, and juvenile crime are most correlated with fatherlessness. NOT an improvement. Moreover, your LOVE of killing any child you can't get paid for is causing the world population to implode. There was basically no rape in Biblical times either. If a woman was stupid enough to go off with you, you could do anything you wanted. If you were stupid enough to have sex within earshot of family and she screamed rape you were instantly killed. No trial. No arguments. No testimony. FAR simpler times. A morality clause CAN in fact state that an employee can be terminated for any promiscuous behavior if it is seen as damaging to the company’s image. But you HATE the idea of law and order, right? Why you support Dem policies of high crime and an open border. You blind faith in whatever your overlords tell you is troublesome. A serious problem.

    He could get himself off the hook by just calling their behavior stupid, not the whole person. One is a normal personal opinion, the other is a pejorative remark that isn't really true for anyone across the board for every act, encompassing their whole life. So, calling an act stupid is a lot more accurate and apparently safer legally than calling a whole person stupid.

    No-one has the right to impose their religious beliefs on others, especially in the workplace.

    • @JustMeAP1

      A morality clause in an employment contract in Australia can, in fact, state that an employee can be terminated for promiscuous behavior if it is seen as damaging to the company’s image. These clauses, also known as disrepute or morals clauses, give employers the right to terminate an employee’s contract. Such clauses are quite often used in industries where public image is crucial, such as sports and entertainment. You obviously haven't a clue, silly child.
