Even though Cloud does copy Zack, the meteors are something Cloud could do himself. Zack's limit's in this game besides Chain Slash are based off him copying other characters.
Yeah the new VAs don’t do the characters Justice at all half the time it sounds like they are just reading the script aloud but without actually putting any emotion into it they sound robotic at times

They've kinda grown on me for rebirth except for zack
