But devs lie and make it sound so difficult so they demand millions to do what 1 man did

I love this. Being able to see things at a different angle is so cool especially the first area where you fight Kimahri. I would love to see Remiem Temple or Baaj Temple, Kilika would also probably look incredible.
Absolute legend. There is a reason my body is covered in tattoos from this game. I have never had a better gaming experience than FFX. Ever. Content like this gets me so fucking excited. PLEASE keep going.

Not bad, it’s amazing how that software/program that you’re using doesn’t cause any holes or glitches within the already originally placed files. There’s a lot of math and coding behind those files and anything that’s missing from the original data would cause the game not to run or bug out. The modern program/software that you’re using keeps the original data/coding in tact, it’s amazing what we can do now. You just imported the data/models and you were able to edit them pixel by pixel through unreal engine.
It's amazing what game developers have accomplished. This guy alone spent a few months on this project. We have game devs out here doing some serious work
Looks really nice. Sorry you had to suffer through my original update video with my GTX 980. I now have a RX7900 XTX. So recent videos have been much smoother.
Good work, so nice to see Besaid. Tidus running looks awkward/clumsy in the lower body. I always liked his running style in the original because of the arm movement and long steps you could really feel his athletic background. Made the field mode more vivid.
FFX is my all time favourite game, I still have my ps2 disk and memory card with 11 months of in game time on it...this makes me soo happy... we all need a ue5 remake ... if you take off and can pay for help, I'll work on this with you no problem! 😊 amazing video fella!!!!
blender also has a hotkey for "flipping" or correcting normals. In Edit mode, if you select all faces of a mesh and hit SHIFT + N it will run a process on it to try and recalculate it all.
This is the only game i keep all the time with me since i first played it like 24 years ago and im 43 yo right now😅. First played it with ps2, then the pc and laptop, now im playing it with my smartphone😅 Seeing someone do this today is amazing, there are still ppl share the same excitement with me to the game. I just refuse to believe the water guy's name isn't pronounced like tide/tidal. Insanity on Squeenix's end. That'd be like them creating Terra from Birth By Sleep, having him heavily associated with earth, then square going "It's pronounced Tyra, not Terra" lol.

Very gorgeous. I would LOVE to play a modern adaptation of Final Fantasy X I played as a kid and just recently played 16 for the first time. I haven’t been a big gamer since the PS2 days and the modern graphics in 16 really impressed me. The 7 remakes are next on my list, but thinking about those makes me hope and pray we will get something like that for 10

Absolutely stellar work! Probably my favorite game of all time, and seeing it like this makes me whish there was a remade version that was up to modern graphics standards. Square will have a high bar to climb over to match or exceed the quality and passion of your work if they ever want to do a remake of FFX.
So many people are redoing old games you would think the developers would see them and take the hint. This is amazing hope you eventualy make the whole game playable I would definitly pay to play that.....long as it isnt to expensive cost of living and all lol.
Looks amazing, I would love to be able to play the game again with this quality. One small point, it looks like the scale of the character model is a little big compared to the external landscapes. For example the summoning circle in the village or the fence on the overlook that only comes up to his knees. 😅 Otherwise, this is brilliant, great job 👍
Just a thought, but have you considered making a Virtual environment of this? I would love be able to walk around besaid, may even lose it. One of my most fav and prized memories was here. Love the remake!
