Phone has become an integral part of our lives and I should name it a digital Monster . I don't know whether I am using it or I am being used by it.
The phone is being checked by an average person 150 times a day that is once every 6 minutes. On an average we have 5 to 7 hours of screen time which results in consequences like increased stress and anxiety, poor sleep quality and depression.
While using my phone I often tend to ignore my surrounding environment being absent as a whole human being.
