Hey man I really loved your videos and just the way you tell this stuff. It would be awesome if you could make a tutorial in how to color grade/get the 16mm look. Thank you!
Love this video! I have a K3 super 16mm, its simpler and I'm planning on shooting a short production on 16mm in a bit, considering renting an SR2 for the sake of crystal sync and sound. Thank you for the help.
how do you unload your film? Cause you can't change collapsible corks everytime so do you use the original cork and fit the used film there? I hope this isn't a dumb question
You unlock the collapsible core, releasing the tension on the film and the you can pull it off easily! I typically pop in a standard plastic film core in place of the collapsible core before putting it back into the can.
That’s a fun idea! I’ve thought of that, but something like that wouldn’t be possible in most on the go field situations. Not to mention after some practice, it’s really not too difficult to do it all off feeling!
ayeee thank you this was the best demo I've seen yet. Also love the rings.
Glad you enjoyed!
Damn. Arri really made sure to make the process as easy as possible.
Yeah they did! Once you get a feel for it, it’s actually super easy!

Thank you! I’ll have a grading video out soon! And I can look into a tutorial on digital to film look!

Of course!
Fascinating! Leave it to Arri to make the process so simple.
It really couldn’t be any simpler! After loading a few times it becomes very easy. Muscle memory kicks in quick!
Thank you, this was incredibly helpful!
Glad it was helpful!
Nice demo
Thanks E!
So cool!
Thanks for watching!
How to use light meter
Great job, I hope you continue to grow on youtube!
I have a question, did you create the intro? or is it from some effects website? a greeting.
Thanks! I made the intro from scratch!
Dig it!
Thanks Garrit!
