I use the Rubbermaid brilliance 3.2 cup it holds 8 Toro size cigars. I throw that in my backpack as a travel one. I have multiple bigger ones of course
Thoughts on leaving cigars in the wrapper? I’ve been told to remove from wrapper when storing to allow the actual cigar to acclimate to the humidified and controlled environment. If left in cellophane wrapper it can’t do that. Thoughts?
I just got my NewAir CC-300H maybe 3 weeks ago, I must have gotten one of the last ones. I wonder if my 3 year warranty for $150 will be honored if something goes wrong 🤔
is the humidity percentage you store the cigars at a preferential thing like "I like my cigars at 68%" or is it based on the cigar itself at what humidity it should be stored at?
Stoked! Didn’t realize Dan did a Video with the dude from All American Rejects. Glad I found this! On a serious note, will you guys have BJ ashtrays in the future?
@@BourbonJunkies just saying if you are using tupperware since it's sealed tighter than a humidor the humidity can go up above 70 and past 72. But who am i lol
Heartfelt beads and igloo coolers have been keeping my cigars in great shape for about a decade. Definitely the best bang for buck option imo.
Perfect timing... I decided to get back into cigars because of the old man's channel along with yours and just started researching setups.
I just picked up that exact same rubermade container today. You guys rock. Works great. First time I could pick up cigars in bulk
Hydrometer vs Hygrometer. Know the difference, it could save your life.
And "HERF-a-dor"
Or at least help you not to look like an ignorant asshole on your own YT channel. Ammiright?
That was definitely a magical pour! Probably one of the best you've done, Dan!
Igloo marine cooler and 68% Heartfelt beads. Relatively cheap. Done!
Where would I get the cedar from?? And do I have to have it in there or no?
Did you season your cedar before you put any cigars in? If yes, did you wipe it with distilled water or leave a small cup in for a few days?

You had me with the bottle of Magnus.
Great Vid!
What size is the Tupperware container ?
Thoughts on leaving cigars in the wrapper? I’ve been told to remove from wrapper when storing to allow the actual cigar to acclimate to the humidified and controlled environment. If left in cellophane wrapper it can’t do that. Thoughts?
The cellophane is permeable and I've found actually helps if you get any mold spores too.
@@BourbonJunkies - Ah. Thanks!
I tried the un wrapped stick method, I ruined about 10 premium sticks…….not happy. Leave the cellophane on..
Did u guys do any cleaning to the Tupperware prior to putting your cigars in?
Tuperdors are definitely the way to go. So much easier.
Agreed
I have the cheap wooden box ordeal but it seems to hold humidity with bovedas pretty solid. I wanna upgrade badly though.
Just found you guys. Like the energy. I'm sold boys.
Well thanks, cheers!
How about temp in the them. On really hot days it's really hard to keep it cool. What temp usually is cool?!
Thanks for cheap tuperdore reference. Once I save up I'll get some
I should have read the title... i was waiting for that J.M. tasting. Good Morning and Cheers! 🥃🥃 👉👌
Once in the tupperdor, how long can I keep them in there?
For-ev-er, for-ev-er, for-ev-er!!
I have a new air cc 300 plus a huge tupperdoor. Wife keeps asking why I continue to order more🤣🤣
Love my cooler-dore. Doesn't look good but it works GREAT! Keep the vids coming, gents!
How often are you supposed to burp them?
Where can we get the cedar planks?
We get those usually put of cigar boxes that use them as filler, Amazon has them also I believe
Find a cedar mill near by
Someone needs to teach you guys how to toast a cigar.
Toast however you like, you are the one smoking it after all. Cheers!
Can you link those plastic "humidors"?
Linked in the description!
@@BourbonJunkies Danke
Future review on the Cigar blend?
Eventually
How hard is it for you guys to find OpusX?
Only can get them online and pay a bunch for them
Is it possible to take this on a plane ✈️?
Yes you can bring cigars, no torches though.
what brand of container is that?
Rubbermaid

I think the standard is 69%, It seems it's more of that being the best scenario rather than a preference thing.
65-67 is pretty good. Anything higher the flavors get muted
Word out there now is NewAir has discontinued thier humidor line
It seems like it...all sold out on there website and doesn't look like there coming back.
Uhmmm no spoilers but they're coming back
@@BourbonJunkies I would love to get my hands on one...I'm excited
Rubbermaid accidentally made the best budget humidor lol.
Almost every cigar tuber talks about these.
I have one of these too.
They just work
Boveda boveda boveda. I even put Boveda packs in my Newair.
Yea we want one of those so bad!
What’s the size of those
I think it's like 9.4 cups or something, it's a strange number. But the rubbermade brilliant containers come in 2 sizes, get the larger one
@@BourbonJunkies thanks
Yo guys... when are you gonna show us your ‘cooler humidor’?
I think we did a video with the newair one we have
Stoked! Didn’t realize Dan did a Video with the dude from All American Rejects. Glad I found this!
On a serious note, will you guys have BJ ashtrays in the future?
We might do some more in the future
Why are u guys stuck on 70 or 72% RH. TRY 65% much better
Is it me or is the merch store empty?
Lots of stuff is limited run, and we're waiting for printful to catch up with fulfilment. It'll open back up!
@@BourbonJunkies thank ya boys. Good to hear.
"Added cedar" how
Looks like they just threw in an extra piece from an old cigar box.
You could probably just sand/plane out those corners and make them somewhat decent for sealing.
Easier to just use the tuppidors I've found
@@BourbonJunkies True
69 to 72 boveva is horrible for tupperware. Use 65
All ours are over stuffed with more cigars than they should.
@@BourbonJunkies just saying if you are using tupperware since it's sealed tighter than a humidor the humidity can go up above 70 and past 72. But who am i lol
Yea you're right there is no air turnover to regulate it. We're so above and beyond what a single boveda is for that ours run like 65-68 with a 72
These guys are hilarous
Did you say "hydrometer"? Cuz that is incorrect, my friend
This has to be the ADHD, yet hilarious video I’ve seen in a while.
We have worse lol
Freaking hilarious . Dan you did pull it off. We ALL SAW IT. Good to see your ugly mugs🤣. Be well keep em burning and blessings from Gettysburg.
I gonna be "THAT GUY", but it's a hyGrometer. A hyDrometer is what people use to measure the proof of their booze. 1st world problems.🧐
You don’t have Cubans in there… dunno what your talkin about
I have to pay 38€ for 1 Box 💀
Newair got out of the humidor market.
it's pronounced herf-a-dor
