Im a little late to this video but i feel the same, at night i get bad thoughts, i have no energy sometimes its so bad that cant do anything, and what does my Mom say: its because ur fat and dont walk enough. Like my Autism and Add doest exist. Im really happy to have this community otherwise i would be long gone. Also the unfairness of Life proves that there is no God but if there is one Hes Evil.

I just talked to my friend about how I feel and now I feel so much better. My parents also don't really talk to me but I'm afraid that if I told them what was happening, they wouldn't understand me and nothing would change anyway, I wouldn't blame them for that though, they lived in a different time at my age.
True I talked to my dad last night and all the advice he has was just him projecting he told me to not be so sensitive and to take things personally. I can't help but be sensitive I've been that way my whole life. I'm glad talking to your friend helped you
I got diagnosed at 3 so I shut a lot of doors for myself. Now that I'm middle aged I realize those doors were never necessarily closed and I could have lived a better life. I realized it wasn't the Autism holding me back but the CPTSD. It's always a bit scary hearing how similar our parents are in treating us like dogs. Those "you are enough" ASMRs always get to me.
Your snack choice is optimal 🤌 Penut M&Ms and an Arizona sweat tea are my go to. An orange Fanta is always in the running tho (grape and tropical are too sweet imo). You mentioned the comparison and I thought of that quote from Marcus Aurelius: "You are not compelled to form any opinion about this matter before you, nor to disturb your peace of mind at all. Things in themselves have no power to extort a verdict from you" I remind myself of it when I'm going down internet rabbit holes trying not to get tilted 🐇😂 sorting through all the information you take in a day is exhausting as it is lol To compare yourself and others you have to convert the pov from 'you' to 'others'. It's like thinking for two people 👯♀️ I'm def a max result for minimal effort sort so easier to just take it as it comes 😎 Wishing you the best!
