When I was a kid I loved to run but every time I did my chest would hurt so bad I couldn’t breathe it would feel so tight, I didn’t know it at the time but I had something wrong with my heart and I didn’t find out until recently. I just thought I sucked at cardio, I started lifting weights because of my heart issue. We’ll fast forward a couple years ago I was diagnosed with Mitral Valve Prolapse, first symptom is shortness of breath while doing action like running. Can u believe it all that time I actually had a medical issue and didn’t know it. I just knew something was wrong.
