Well looks like she has dry skin that naturally has small pores. And ofc she gets expensive af facials too. But I think it's mostly genetics and her diet too.
Those are called migraine auras where your vision becomes blurry or you can't see in one eye, motion sickness, vomiting and light sensitivity. Could be food intolerance or caused by stress. Hope you feel better :)
Romee you are so perfect at vlogging, please never stop! Also in regards to migraines, I’ve had them since I was a kid and I find that taking a hot bath and putting a really warm, wet towel over my eyes and forehead for 30-40 minutes helps relieve some of the pressure. This always makes it easier for me to fall asleep because to get rid of them completely, I usually just have to take meds and sleep it off. Hope that helps, much love from New Orleans! ❤️
Hi Romee, this is usually a strong sign of dehydration (nobody thinks of the most simple cures) and lack of sugar in your system, do you make sure to drink 1 liter of water in the morning and before every meals ? Plus you eat cooked food so cooked food is super dehydrating. I am also afraid you don't eat enough carbs, meaning like 1000 calories + meals of fruits and/or cooked carbs every meals. You expand LOTS of energy, your body needs to be happy with you :) Your body needs it or it will be unhappy and give you problems. Whenever I am super active in the day and start to have a migraine, I know it's because my water and carb intake wasn't matching my activity of the day. This will cure your migraines easily but it needs to be applied seriously on a daily basis. Doctors will give you medicine but it's just treating the symptom. Sorry if I make some English mistakes I am French. Kisses :)
AnneSoFruits personally I don’t think it’s dehydration like models drink a lot of water I just think it’s the flash when pictures are being taken of her. It does come to a point we’re it is too much
I had the same thing with the migraine and dizziness and what helped me was that I stopped eating diary and gluten. It sounds very weird, but it really helped me! :)
I get migraines quite often. Before the heaches kick in I get a weird blurry vision with blind spots. When that happens I take doliprane and profemigr. Get a few hours of sleep in a dark room, headache should be a lot better when you wake up.
Jonas Bichara low bmi and extremely thin people are more likely to have migraines. If you work out a lot, and stay away from meat, then the brain will complain, thus migraines
loved this! You're probably getting migranes from the constant change in pressure from flying to different places all the time. It always helps to drink lots of water!
ROMME, I HAVE MIGRAINE ATTACKS TOO. YOU HAVE TO put your hand in a bucket of ice water for 30 seconds while breathing in and out. Then try to shut your eyes for with a heavy blanket over you. Ly your my fav girl and your gorgeous!!!😘
Cold water help me to with migrens. But not for long. Just a few minutes. And sleep.. nothing else. Nausea is terrible. Can't stand it. I can not belive how she can manage this life style with migrens!! Such an inspiration! Isn't she? ❤
I have a pill for migraine. As soon as my eyes get blurry I get a pill and usually I don’t even get a migraine after. It’s just important to get a pill before it starts hurting, so I always have pills with me 😉
Yay! Thanks for the vlog, Laurens and Romee. Always appreciate seeing you two love birds. I know you eat healthy and work out so that can't be the case. Migraine advice: get lots of sleep and rest! Stay hydrated if not already. Take some medication during the moment to ease the pain.

I used to have Migrane atacks to, what the doctor told is that i ahave to make sure i eat healthy speacilly for breakfast, and that if i get an atack as son as i feel the dizzy fellings I take a pill and try to sleep as much as I can, also they noticed that the migranes were related to stress. Love you so much, love your blogs
Hi Romee! Thank you for sharing such a bad moment of your life and your weakness. It makes us relate more. I feel your pain. I've been experiencing sudden migraine attacks for a while, it came to my life really out of nowhere, before I didn't even have any headache. I then started to have severe migraine that would last for 2 or 3 days where I could litteraly do nothing but lie down in the dark waiting for it to pass by sleeping. I cried a lot, these migraines are so unfair and you always want to know the reason but there is so little information out there you have to do the work yourself. What helped was to switch to a non-processed food diet, cut out dairy and gluten for a while and the migraines completely disappeared after 2 months. I then didn't have any for a year, until I stopped the contraception pill, got a new pill after a while without it and with this new pill I now have migraine attacks a couple of days before my period so now it's clear it's only hormonal. I bought Woman Code to understand more about hormones, and I try to "cycle-synch", meaning live according to your menstrual phases. This month for the first time it worked, I added more exercise and continued training even before my period and cut out certain foods to give my hormones a break and I only experience a small headache. I recommend you read this book and try the 4-day hormonal detox, it's quite extreme so I don't follow it 100% but I do incorporate this recommendation about 80% in my daily life. The key is this: manage your sugar levels!!! Also, use white Tiger Balm on your temples when you feel an attach is coming, drink double the amount of water you would drink and slow down... Good luck!!!
Thank you so much for this advices I have migraines around my periods and sometimes at the end of my jogging/ running. I do not take the pills since 13 years and will definitely look into the book and detox you talk about thanks a lot for sharing 💖
Romee, I didn't know there was someone else who loved avocado toast as much as I do! I also get migraines, and here is a good trick: soak your feet in very hot water while putting ice on your head at the same time. Its an old Chinese remedy. I really appreciate seeing you eating healthy and inspiring others. I hope my little trick helps you! x
I used to have the worst migraines ever, and was crying of pain or throwing up... but I got these piercings in my ears called Daith, and they are really helping me! The pain is gone, and I don’t have migraine as often anymore. And when I get a migraine attack I only have to take a migraine pill and sleep for an hour or two, and then everything is fine again. There is one little hatch about these piercing, and that is that you can never take them out. You can change the ring, to a smaller one, so it’s not so noticeable, but that is the only thing you do. Another advise is to close your eyes and sleep for about a hour with a cold, wet towel over your eyes. I don’t know about you, but my eyes really hurts when I get migraine, so this really helps me. Feel better soon
you and Laurens are just such beautiful people both inside and out. You are both seriously just so gorgeous and so good together and are just the sweetest people
Dear Romee, my tipps for migraine. I had that too, also with throwups. The only thing that has really helped me was reducing my life pace. i work less and so, i find time to connect deeply with myself. i find time to be still. then, all the tension can leave my body. i can deeply relax and let go. and with that, no migraine occurs. i used to have migraine every month. it got less and less. now, i cant even remember the last time i had it.
ohh poor you :( migraines are really bad, i had them for long time. you got the migraine after the big cheese cake or ice cream? im asking because food intolerance can cause migraine. if its not related with your period... sometimes i also get very bad headaches before my period. I have gluten and lactose intolerance. Since I cleaned up my diet I feel a lot better, no migraines. I dont know how is it in the US , but here in Ireland i can ask for food intolerance test in the pharmacy. Check it, its better to know. Food intolerance can cause a bunch of other illness symptoms, people would not even think its the food they eat. Hope you will get it checked, and all will be good! Sending hugs. Love Holland! :)
Romee!! I have the best trick for migraines ~~ 1. Run a shower/sauna and add 5 drops of peppermint oil to the shower or in an oil diffuser (directly into the shower works best) and just stay in there until it goes away drinking a lot of cold water (sometimes it only takes a couple minutes!) 2. Run a vey hot bath and drop 5 drops of oil and soak in the bath There’s something about peopermint that really helps clear the pain , I use it for back pain sometimes too and always does the trick
Hey girl! I'm 34 years old and I suffer migrains since I was 17. To be honest, nothing really works. I tried many many things, such as pills (which the doctor suggested and I've visited a thousand of them) natural medicine, some yoga, etc. In my case I have them after a week or days of too much psycial or emotional stress. Actually Today I'm having one since this morning I took some pills, it's better but after almost 10 hours. I was chilling, relax, watching movies and videos to make me laugh. I would suggest then good diet (but I see you have it already), yoga and take time for yourself to disconnect with the wold. I have the same symptons like you, the lights and sound are makeing it worse and most of the times I finish vomiting. I hope you are feeling better by now and keep going!! You do a great job! ;)
All of my in laws have migraines. My husband is just like you, he will throw up and nothing can stop the headache. His grandmother told him when that happens, go take a cold shower and then switch to hot shower. You repeated several times. After shower, go straight to bed and avoid all lights. This was a major help! It works everytime. I hope you will give this a try. Btw gorgeous as always 😙
You should read the comment I just posted. I thought for years that there was nothing I could do to prevent/treat my aura migraines. But I have been taking daily pills now for a couple months and haven't had a single migraine. I HIGHLY recommend you try it out. It's life-changing
I take 300mg of verapamil, diamox and have sumatriptan shots and maxalt along with another abortive med for when they occur. It depends on the type of migraine, which is why she should probably see a neurologist who specializes in migraines. I have hemiplegic migraines sadly.
Hi Romee, I had migraines when I was a child for some years, exactly how you explained yours and it turned out that I had it from stress, and for me kinesiology helped, after some consultation I never had it again. Today if I am really stressed I might have headaches but they are not strong and I can handle them easily. Hope it could help! ps: Love your vlogs! 😘❤️ hugs from Switzerland!

I love watching you guys... So positive and lots of places you visit which I would not be able to see... Thanks heaps for showing n let us experience stuff with you. Brilliant stuff.
Romee, I love ur vlogs! Thx for vloging & bring us along to see ur daily life! Its fun! I hope u would like to film another type of videos. Here's some ideas: -U can make "what I eat in a day" or any meal recipe u like -Ur favorites of the month about fashion, beauty or anything -q and a -skin care routine -bring along other vs angels or Tay Hill (I know u guys r bestie) so I think it will be so fun to see u both together filming something, maybe like q and a or just a vlog together Love ur channel, keep it up Romee😁
Sounds like a stress migraine. I use thieves oil on my temples and it gets rid of my headache instantly but sometimes when its a migraine all I need is sleep and to stay out of the light. Also getting adjusted at the chiropractor helps.
Hi Romee! I have the same kind of intense migraines that start with blurry vision and dizziness (doctors call it an "aura"). I usually get to avoid the pain or at least decrease its intensity by taking my medication as soon as I start having blurry vision. Then I apply a bag with ice in my forehead and avoid intense light. Also, sleeping always helps! Love your videos! ❤
Romee, you come off as a really down to earth and a genuine nice person. I appreciate the hard work of vs models but you're just on another level with your creativity. Hope you find something helpful for those migraines.
Please consult your doctor about your migraine. Does it run in your family? Migraines can be triggered by all kind of things: weather, alcohol, smoking, citruses, dairy, sleep-rhythm-changes, changes in the time zone. Of course also stress and for women hormonal changes (if you are on birth control, please speak to your gynecology about the migraines - they can be a side effect). Hope you get well soon! ❤
I agree, I found out my spiral birth control gave me migraines (after 3 years I had it in) so please check. And as the others say: coffee, sugar and stress are main triggers for migraine. For me 3x daily healthy food and enough water during the day makes my migraines go away! Good luck.
MIGRANE TIPS -I use a essential oils roller ball made for migranes - you rub it where your head hurts worst, mine is usually my eyelids and it starts relieving my pain in a few minutes! I struggle with migranes like yours since I was 12! This is by far my favorite “quick fix” that will get you feeling good enough you can continue to work until you can get to the hotel and sleep!
Get well soon,Romee!💗💗💗 I have the same issue about the migraines. And whenever i got those i just lay down for a couple minutes and just being away for awhile from electronic devices. And it actually really help!Hope it will help you too!❤️
Yayy!!
Romee! I get the exact same migraines - so bad I have ended up in hospital, but the ER has suggested many times to use cool packs over your head and keep hydrated, stay out of harsh lights, no driving and reduce technology as much as possible. Unfortunately its a matter of time and waiting out for the pain to pass :/
Can we just talk about how amazing the edit of this video is?! 😍 P.S Hope you manage to cure the migraine and feel better soon! Much love from Dubai! x
Hi Romee! I get really bad migraine attacks too! I started seeing a naturopath + getting botox injections. I used to have to stay in bed almost four days a week and I basically got my life back! Botox injections made such a huge difference for me. Even my eye sight is much better over all (because I don't get as much blurry vision). I hope yours get better soon 😣❤️
I really hope you see this comment! I have been getting chronic migraines for about 8 years now. They are completely debilitating. It starts with Auras (blurred vision) and then leads to body numbness, throwing up, having to cancel work and basically sleeping for the rest of the day on the floor in the bathroom. There is nothing in the world worse than a migraine. The ONLY thing that has helped me is taking a daily medicine to prevent them. I had 9 Aura migraines in November alone (2 in one day even), and by that point I HAD to see my Neurologist again because I couldn't bare it any longer. They said the only option is to take either high blood pressure medication or an Anti-depressant. For some reason, both of those medications have proven to treat/prevent migraines. So I have been taking an anti-depressant for a couple months now (even though I am not depressed..) and haven't gotten ANY migraines. You can also get a prescription for medication that will help you DURING a migraine attack. So I always carry one with me in my wallet and take it as soon as I start to see an Aura. If you take it quick enough, it will make the attack a little more bearable. (Also, caffeine can contribute greatly to migraines. So try drinking less coffee or switching to decaf and see if that helps. The caffeine dehydrates you and makes you more susceptible to getting a migraine. ) I really hope this helps
Hey! I've experienced the same thing as you for man years now. I don't know if you've looked into barometric pressure headaches. They basically happen when the outside temperature increases or decreases drastically. For instance, travelling a lot to places that have different temperatures. It also occurs for me when it's supposed to rain later on in the day or the night before. There's not a whole lot to combat it but I usually drink lavender tea to help subside with the headache before it gets worse. It'll usually go away when it rains, or my body adjusts to the temperature change which is maybe why yours goes away in a few hours as well! Try to see if your headaches coincide with the weather and maybe that will help you out a bit!! :)
I also suffer from migraines. Usually coffee and magnesium will help when it is about to start but I guess rest and trying to avoid stress is another way to go (but I know its hard when your working). Hope you're feeling better! Migraines are the absolute worst!
Hey girl, I have chronic migraines. They are awful! I keep peppermint and eucalyptus oil on hand and put it on my temples when I feel one coming on. Also you can combat the nausea by putting the peppermint oil in some water and drinking it! Hope this helps ❤️
I hope I am not writing too late Romee. I have migrane as well and it only goes away if I throw up. I realised that when I eat a sliced apple, i throw up in 10-15 min. It only happens to me when I have migrane. Maybe it would work for you too! Another way to solve it is by applying minty lotions to your forehead. They sell it on online stores or local shops.
I used to get those same exact migraines!! It started out as blurry vision and then i would lose complete vision in my left eye, then came the pain and it pretty much lasted all day and i would get dizzy and light would make it worse. I was a gymnast when I got these migraines and I'm not sure if it was because my body was so overworked or just tired, I really don't know where they came from but i've retired from gymnastics and I haven't had one ever since. But I know how you feel Romee :( don't overwork yourself, and just get plenty of rest! 💖
I get migraines as well! Excendrine heat on the neck and sleep is really the sure. A comfortable PILLOW and blanket are really a big part. They're really crippling when I get them
Hi Romee! I struggle with migraines constantly, mine are usually hormonal but on occasion certain additives in food can trigger them. Things like MSG which is regularly used in Asian foods and excessive sugar and preservatives. Sleep is the best cure, but anti-inflammatories are the most effective in getting rid of them, or at least dulling the pain a little. I hope I helped! ❤️❤️
I don't know if your allowed piercings, but if you get your rook pierced on your ear its proven you won't have any migraines. Im gonna get mine done so I don't have the same problem as you anymore
For the migraines -- I know it sounds simple but drink as much water as you can through the day. I have also learned that if I diffuse lemongrass oil overnight I have them way less frequently. (P.S. .... I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!!!)
What helps me is sitting on the sink countertop, filling the sink up with warm-really warm water, putting my hands and feet in it, while having a cold ice pack on the back of my neck and head! I usually sit like that for anywhere from 15-30 minutes. Carbonation or caffeine also helps me! What helps the nausea or throwing up would be the lay on your left side.
For migraines don’t wait, at the start of it take pain relief. Also cold bean bag at tip of neck really helps. Lots of water and avoid fatty foods and dairy. Good luck!
Romee I have migraines like that, normally I discover that I tend to have them when I eat some foods, be on alert to what you eat and check when you have migraines. For me its soya! And good luck! I love your channel!

TT T I get migraines by bright lights or strong smells, or if I sleep too long
If shes dehydrated shell feel unwell
She drinks a ton of water, she's not dehydrated. She doesn't need more carbs either, this can happen if you're low in magnesium
I had the same thing with the migraine and dizziness and what helped me was that I stopped eating diary and gluten. It sounds very weird, but it really helped me! :)

Yeah I gave up bread. Big difference in my health now
Me too. Red wine is another trigger for me. Keeping a food diary helps so you can identify your migraine triggers.
me too!!
same also cutting out sugar helps

I have gluten and lactose intolerance. Since I cleaned up my diet I feel a lot better, no migraines. I dont know how is it in the US , but here in Ireland i can ask for food intolerance test in the pharmacy. Check it, its better to know. Food intolerance can cause a bunch of other illness symptoms, people would not even think its the food they eat. Hope you will get it checked, and all will be good! Sending hugs. Love Holland! :)
traveldreamlove.com agreed. I used to get migraines from dairy. Now I'm vegan and don't get them anymore thankfully!
Agreed. Food intolerance is most likely behind it
I have migraine also and I got medicines for it and they work perfectly
Every ice cream with milk etc makes me have some headaches
Romee!! I have the best trick for migraines ~~ 1. Run a shower/sauna and add 5 drops of peppermint oil to the shower or in an oil diffuser (directly into the shower works best) and just stay in there until it goes away drinking a lot of cold water (sometimes it only takes a couple minutes!)
2. Run a vey hot bath and drop 5 drops of oil and soak in the bath
There’s something about peopermint that really helps clear the pain , I use it for back pain sometimes too and always does the trick
I get the same attacks as you do, Romee. Sadly the best medicine for migraine is sleep..
It actually depends on the type of migraine, many start with an aura, but they tend to originate from different areas of the brain.

Love ur channel, keep it up Romee😁
the editing is amazing!!
C. Negsalz i also have that! Do you wear glasses ? Since i wore it, everything is better !
Valentine yes I do! but i wear them only to "rest my vision". I usually wear them after I've had an attack, it helps me recover :)
L.'s editing is so fun to watch. Love it. And Romee what a sweetheart you are. Imitrex is a med to stop those migraine attacks quick. Helps.
Been waiting for your vlog for ages ! You have the best ones!
Laurens and u.. 😍 So much cute together ❤
I LIVE IN THE BAHAMAS!!!!!!!!!!!! SO HAPPY U ARE HERE!!!!!!!!
Good luck.
I had same problem mine was about hormones like before menstrual period. No medication can help. I haven't had it since I was 35.
I used to get it all the time
the most stunning model i've ever seen and still so humble!!
I get migraine attacks all the time it’s usually from stress or being overwhelmed or anxiety
You wake up so early and have a lot of energy during the day! You're Terminator in a good way and absolute inspiration for me!💗
The best editing skills 😭❤️
MIGRANE TIPS -I use a essential oils roller ball made for migranes - you rub it where your head hurts worst, mine is usually my eyelids and it starts relieving my pain in a few minutes! I struggle with migranes like yours since I was 12! This is by far my favorite “quick fix” that will get you feeling good enough you can continue to work until you can get to the hotel and sleep!
I'm telling , you stole a spoon
Get well soon,Romee!💗💗💗
I have the same issue about the migraines.
And whenever i got those i just lay down for a couple minutes and just being away for awhile from electronic devices. And it actually really help!Hope it will help you too!❤️
For migraines I use Louise Hay sentence :”I truly love and except myself “ ... repeat it... Sounds weird but only thing it helps me every time
Yayy!!
I think the migraine is from the dairy, I feel exactly the same after having dairy. Cut it out for a week and see if it goes away
"Were you flirting with those girls?" 😂😂😂 jealous Romee
Always enjoy the videos, hate hearing about your migraines...glad you woke up feeling better. You both will be covered in my prayers. Take care !
Only found your channel today and I’m obsessed 😂 living the life most of us dream of ❤️
Absolutely love how honest and relatable you are 💗 such a gorgeous woman inside and out Romee 💗
Im sure youre not relatable much with her lmao 😂😂
The caffeine dehydrates you and makes you more susceptible to getting a migraine. ) I really hope this helps
check out TODD WHITE !! he is what you need
Wat bij mij altijd goed helpt bij migraine is gember thee, echt een aanrader! Keep up the good work love the vlogs! ❤️
Good evening Romee! You are amazing!💝
Laura Pérez and Romee... Ice pack on your head helps a lot! Hope you feel better!!!
Hey girl, I have chronic migraines. They are awful! I keep peppermint and eucalyptus oil on hand and put it on my temples when I feel one coming on. Also you can combat the nausea by putting the peppermint oil in some water and drinking it! Hope this helps ❤️
Hey with intense migraines I find if I go into a quiet room and Meditate for 20-30 minutes then i'm fine. Hope that helps
Oh and love the vlogs!
Yeah, tell her to throw up
worst advice ever
omg this is the best vlog eeprson ever111ver!! the animations and editing is s well done, and ur the cutest person ever!! sml
so cute that Laurens always has your back ☺️
It is not actually it is the solemn duty of a boyfriend or a husband to protect his woman no matter what
I get migraines as well!
Dutch girls are so beautiful 😍
I feel like she was more transparent in this vlog as to say it’s not always sunshine and rainbows no matter what you do ! Xoxo
did anyone recognize the fact that one avocado toast costs 20$ in the bahamas?
What helps me is sitting on the sink countertop, filling the sink up with warm-really warm water, putting my hands and feet in it, while having a cold ice pack on the back of my neck and head! I usually sit like that for anywhere from 15-30 minutes. Carbonation or caffeine also helps me! What helps the nausea or throwing up would be the lay on your left side.
Instagram sent me!!! U look stunning!! 💕💕💕
You are so genuine, fun and really beautiful! Plus I love every outfit so basically I'm in love!! ❤️❤️
I always look forward to your videos!😍❤️
Sterre Buiting me too!!
For migraines don’t wait, at the start of it take pain relief. Also cold bean bag at tip of neck really helps. Lots of water and avoid fatty foods and dairy. Good luck!
Hi Romee, love the blogs. You guys keep it up
Romee I have migraines like that, normally I discover that I tend to have them when I eat some foods, be on alert to what you eat and check when you have migraines. For me its soya! And good luck! I love your channel!
