How to remove bank 2 sensor 1 on dodge Durango. Made it simpler.

    All that is not necessary. I did mine in 5 minutes without doing all that. Undo the top sensor from the top(just loosen it) then go under and lose the first sensor, then the second . 5 minutes at best.

    Hi Steve how did you unplug the sensor connection, mine is above transmission only 1/2 inch of room

      Try a long flat head......

      If you need to cut the not open side of wrench to turn to unclipp.

    Steve, What year is your Durango? I am having problems removing the electrical plug at the back of the engine on the passenger side and was hoping if I removed the fender liner I can access my 2011 Durango. Thanks!

      Remove the liner and it's a straight shot...

    Hey Steve, I was wondering what part number did you use for the bank 2 sensor 1? Mine went bad also and I will be doing this in a few days. Your o2 socket was 22mm correct? The o2 sensor I got was a Denso but the wire is very short, it is like only 8" long.

    lol someone took a 3/4" socket and cut it town the middle with a grinder presto a sensor remover $60 lol
