    I took alot of willow cuttings. Very easy to root. I'm going to plant it out for my silvopasture

      Very nice! I started with willow several years ago. In our dry climate they survive, but would struggle greatly without irrigation. The following years I have been on a quest to find productive drought tolerant trees.

      @@BriansPermacultureProject I feel blessed to have so much water I can't hold it back. Can you woodchip around your fodder trees?

    Regarding your fencing, have you considered premier one electric fence?

      I have used Premier 1 fencing for my chickens, but our soil is so dry during the summer that most of the metal prongs on the fenceposts don't go into the soil :0
      I step on the metal prongs, and they bend, instead of penetrating the soil.

      @@BriansPermacultureProject Oh, darn. Well, with time and permaculture methods, the ground should get softer in the summer, I hope.
