I use sword and sniper for pvp like I go in with the sniper fire one shot then switch to sword and if my health gets low I jump off and use my sniper fire
You have to be in the content creator program and then at some point garett will make an announcement in the server and you will have to dm him to get the outfit

The oculus mechanics are different from steam because thr hertz on oculus is default set to 90 and steam has bigger controllers and different hertz
