    The lady is trying to understand the soul through the perspective of the person in the waking state which is not possible. Ruperts words are so direct to the point that if she only listens,she will understand that when you stop being identified as the tip of the iceberg you will experience the bottom of the iceberg,and when you relaxes more or empty yourself of the forms,you will know that all of it is water,which is pure consciousness.

    What an illuminating and succinct discription of what constitutes the 'soul' in such a few words. Simple answers always tend to be closer to the truth than grand over imaginative theories.

    You've the patience of a saint Rupert!
    Yet another mind analyzing the soul..looking at the sky from a keyhole...the glimpse one gets will only be so much ( and I too am guilty as charged on odd occassions).
    We all suffer from too much analysis paralysis ... we need to open up our hearts more n trust our intuitions!

      I agree but my projection onto this comment would be perhaps a little dismissive. This women is a trauma therapist, as seems to be earnestly on a journey of understanding how the reality of her true nature and yet the prevalent significance of therapy co-exist. These are necessary and challenging questions.

    It's funny how sometimes, realization of our real self can come from the most common of experiences. I was in my kitchen this morning and i was about to take my daily dose of probiotics. As i read on the bottles it says : 5 Billions of bacterias. I paused then said to myself. Saying this body is me is like saying this pill is me. Makes no sense, i'm not a bag of bacterias.

    I cannot sleep tonight. I was thinking of the abuse that had happen to the childreen of my neighbour by their mother, she is making fun of beating them and screaming at them. And I remember the teaching of Rupert about responsibility of the teacher, how teacher suppose to react when the bully has been seen. I am not a teacher, but tonight realize...why ? Why I didin't react, why I never call police? Why I decided to suffer inside and never speak to her, or do anything about it? I was like everyone around me, pretending this is acceptable and fine. This is not like an adult behave. At family gatherings she was telling us how she is beating them if they do not give her attention, she is beating them, when their clothes get dirty, she is speaking of how much she is getting respect from her childreen. I suffered today pain when I was thinking of her(not for the first time) and in the middle of the night I found out, this was my conscience. If I didn't react, I haven't done anything about it, then I am also responsible for the niglect of those childreen I've been observing for years and I did nothing about it.

    Krishna says in the Srimad Bhagavatam: " while awake the living entity enjoys with all of his senses the fleeting characteristics of the material body and mind; while dreaming he enjoys similar experiences within the mind; and in deep dreamless sleep all such experiences merge into ignorance. By remembering and contemplating the succession of wakefulness, dreaming and deep sleep, the living entity can understand that he is one throughout the three stages of consciousness and is transcendental. Thus, he becomes the lord of the senses."
    You could say the three states are of the mind but the soul or self is the experiencing agent or seer of these states that represent the material experience and thus underlies them. Being the witness of these states he is not " of " them and therefore not " of " matter. Being an eternal " in the now " reality that experiences no change or deterioration is what makes the soul or self a non-dual reality.

    If there is a coupure with our Soul is it possible that a repairement & permanent reconnection be made during our "matter body" is sleeping during the night or can it only be made only through deep awared meditation in all conscience.?

    I like to think of the soul as the untouched finite mind, we could also relate this untouched finite mind to be the "higher self" and what we call ego "lower self" is the untouched finite mind once lost in objective experience, but technically both are ego/ false self.
    Then we have our awareness that is always shining our TRUE SELF or as its called in advita "atman" and atman is brahman.

    He thinks that consciousness has no form ...
    It’s a simple mistake which all impersonallists are making
    The only form that he has experienced is material so that way he thinks that spirit is formless but it’s a bad logic
    Spirit is the source of matter that’s why spirit also possesses form but that form is eternal that’s the difference

      You clearly didn't "get it".
      Your intellect and identity is talking from just that, bad (limited) logic.
      Who you truly are already Knows this without a shadow of doubt. Your mind does not know this, and can only function in duality.
      Timeless Being, beyond form.

    It seems so wildly impossible to imagine that the people still willfully in a comatose state after a year of this insanity... will ever wake up.
    I don't know what to think any more...
    Sometimes I'm certain it's all a mass awakening happening at turtle-speed, and all is perfect; divine timing.
    Other times... watching zombies in masks, salivating with excitement over the mark of the beast... that's when I lose my ability to hold on to hope...
    (I also heard David icke speak in an interview about the coming of 6g and 7g! How will humanity survive that?)

    Rupert had to explain it in such a way that led to an error (the iceberg being made of water) .. a tree is not really made out of wood but is wood. This linguistic nuance is important.

    • @keffinsg
      @keffinsg 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      focusing on the wood makes us forget about the woods. Listen not to the minutiae, but also the overall context.

    • @poetsrear
      @poetsrear 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I fail to see the error. A tree is organic and iceberg is crystalline. They aren't really comparable in that sense.
      I agree a tree is not made of wood, but it produces wood in itself, via it's limited agency. It synthesizes an emergent body to itself.
      An iceberg forms as a phase shift of water via elemental conditions, remaining essentially the same just in a different state, not having even slight agency and does not synthesize emergence.
      Thus I hold it valid to say "the iceberg is made of water".
