There's already a rule of almost same kind that big corporations have to provide a percentage of their income for these kind of things. You may check on the web for more details as I might not be the perfect one to answer it
Second solution is government can plant fruit tree and hayer labour under 100 days employment gurranty that will become the profitable for government in long run and solv the problem of unemployment and global warming just a little bit
But that doesn't help anything. I'm the end if a forest is cut there is loss of biodiversity. It will take thousands of year to make such a system again.

Agar environment ki itni hi chinta hai, toh agriculture reforms per bat Kari na. We have almost half the yield compared to even China. Place limits on urea purchase as overuse of urea above optimum quantity is a serious problem in India. If our yield can match China's, we would have 25% landmass of the country available for forestation. Reduced urea consumption would reduce mining activities and manufacturing scale.

I am from odisha. Daily we visit in forest area for railway service. I have seen many forest area already decreased because of construction on road, in forest villages they cutting trees and clean the forest area for farming. Many private construction in forest area.

We should focus on nuclear energy. Cleanest and best source of energy

For e.g - we cut down huge no of trees for apparent development and plant equal no of saplings to claim no damage done; cause soil, water, air and noise pollution through every means possible; more and more automobiles leading to increased carbon emissions leading to increase in concentration of NO2, SO2, CO2, CFC, green house gases etc. Ofcourse most of these are being caused by industries rather than individuals but still the point stands.

According to reports China is the first and USA is the second largest carbon emission country but nobody takes action against them or say anything to them but western countries lecture us, hypocrites. Some urgent action on climate change is required right now or else most of this country will not be livable in the next 20-30 years due to rising temperatures. In the next 10-15 years, you will see temperature crossing 55 degrees in most states. Majority of people and governments are still sleeping on this burning issue. 😮
There's no use if it's just on paper. Some people in my area burn their trash it gives toxic smoke and black ash which turns my window mesh black. There's no use informing to municipality. Access to breath clean air is becoming tough. Let's see what changes this new right might bring 😢
