She certainly could, with more artistry and better choreography and less steps on the beam without choreography and with less concentration pauses. Alas China makes almost no effort when it comes to these *known* deductions.

A little audacious of her coach to make an inquiry to change the score when it was clear who really earned that gold. When there is a CLEAR error, yes, submit an inquiry. That was clearly hubris on her coach's part. 😒
