Deer and Sausage Sauce Piquant

Deer sausage sauce piquant
4 lbs cubed Deer Meat
1 lb smoked sausage
3 onions
2 green bell pepper
2 stalks celery
2 tbsp garlic
1 bunch green onions
1 cup flour
3/4 cup oil
1 small can of rotel
1 can diced tomatoes
2 big cans of tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
Cajun seasoning to taste
Salt, pepper
Water (fill 2 tomato sauce cans)
1 qt container chicken broth
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter

I’ve made Sauce piquant with snapping turtle before but never tried venison, looks good.
