In this video, it use to be customer service at first and then I was trained to be a clinical care coordinator but I am not at that job anymore : basically processing faxes received from intake departments in my previous roles, as well as preparing clinical information for other departments can utilize to create cases or perform a thorough review. communicating review determination such as denials and approvals to members of health insurance plan.
