I remember seeing it in the cinema as a kid, seen clips since and again i have to appreciate the artwork and the songs are very well conducted and catchy) The Incredibles *if we're counting Pixar (didn't take itself too seriously, genuinely entertaining) Up (until the final third where it gets generic with the stereotypical bad guy trope)

you shared my axact sentiement about the writing in modern movie which is this self aware self despricrating unserious tone to the dialogue full of inside jokes and 4th wall breaking moments and quirky one liners maybe the examlle you showed from captain ermica wasnt that bad at least poeple from that era gave weight to whatever they say even their jokes which is polar opposite to the modern character where everybody has this smug arrogant ironic knw it all attitude. im even going to rant about the terrible aesthetics of movies post 2010.
How've you been man
@@venomsnack never been better . i just enjoying this current counter culture we are witnessing. it is better than we all expected. it was always inevitable but it happened sooner than i thought and ona wider scale too.
Dude most of the games from big companies past like 2014 that arent from Nintendo arent that memerable like name one game from the ps4 launch line up that isnt a port like little big planet 3 its very hard for a reason. Theres games like sonic x shadow generations that people claim to be woke but arent at all and thats sad that extreme alt right anti woke grifters have to stoop so low to fake caring about a game in a franchise they dont even care about.
Yeah I only talk about games and companies I give a shit about personally.
I dislike all modern Disney Marvel DC slop equally. It really is common denominator Pavlovian conditioning toxic sludge.
It was only really as a kid i liked some Disney movies, the original Christopher Reeves Superman Movies, and in my later teens the X Men movies i found mildly entertaining but very paint-by-numbers character arcs and plot. The ones i still like and some i respect still are;
Disney's Robin Hood (great artwork and that intro is iconic...long before digital slop entered the equation)
Fantasia (some gorgeous artwork, very talented artists worked a shift and then some)
The Little Mermaid (animated.... I remember seeing it in the cinema as a kid, seen clips since and again i have to appreciate the artwork and the songs are very well conducted and catchy)
The Incredibles *if we're counting Pixar (didn't take itself too seriously, genuinely entertaining)
Up (until the final third where it gets generic with the stereotypical bad guy trope)
I'm a huge Disney fan and couldn't disagree more! I find the franchise to be charming and progressive. Leave it alone!😢
