How is that legal in ontario. Everything about it makes it non legal as ebike, under 350mm wheel diameter, more than 500W and faster than 30km. What are even the laws? Cuz I'm confused on this. It's a scooter not an ebike so is that the loophole?

I really wish the scooter companies would stop posting the total miles as the absolutely best possible. They're like "yeah, if you weigh 90 lbs and go 9 mph on a perfectly flat surf with no bumps or cracks, the wind is at your back, and the temperature outside is 76 degrees, you can go 100 miles" then you get one and it makes it 10 miles in your town. Annoying. Just stop.
That is too much scooter for your style of riding
