Thanks for your honest review. I have been loving my Gotrax Tour XP that I bought brand new (still in the box) from a pawn shop for half the retail price. Because of your video, I now know that it has a built-in lock, but it looks thin enough for a thief to easily cut. To my pleasant surprise, it really does reach 20 mph on L2 and a little over 15 on L1. I got tired of popping tires, so I put on tubless tires. I do not feel safe with the low back light, so I will place my extra flashing red light (from my bike) higher on the back. The grips are awesome, and they do not twist or slide off the bars. I do not like the cheap plastic cover on the back side by the tire (my biggest complaint). The breaks work, but there is a delay, so stop a little earlier than normal. The floorboard is wide enough for me to stand comfortably on without my feet overhanging (I weigh around 180 lbs and wear size 11 wide [U.S. size] shoes). The construction of this electric bike model seems extremely sturdy. Overall, I really cannot complain, and I would definitely recommend this electric scooter.
@shawnstatzer95 @maverickrod2443 What size tub less tires did you get? 10x2 or 10x2.125. Because when I search it up it gives me those two options for sizes
We bought two of them yesterday - we're hoping that we chose well for our first E Scooter. I'm having a little trouble figuring out the display that's so far that's it. The double click you did on the power, after wanting the code may have been the key why can't get going.
You keep comparing it to the "older previous model". Is there multiple Tour Xps or is the older model called something different? I'm asking because I found a used one locally for 150$ and I don't know if i'm getting the older model
I’m in Houston dealing with/ this storm and my cousin came over due to no power at his crib’ we were sitting tryna get the grill started and he pulled one of these out the trunk, I haven’t been inside yet 🤣🤣🔥🔥
I’ve had mine now for 2 days, I love it, but I’m curious to know how the back tire is already completely flat..doing an inner tube replacement looks taxing and I don’t even know if I can find one in store. Just want to ride it and have fun :/
Honestly this is my problem, 50 miles away in back tire popped, it’s good other than that, but my issue I’m having is finding TubeLESS tire replacement and the tire that fits as I bought a 10x2.25 and that didn’t work
Not bad for a little commuting vehicle but I have an old Schwinn S 500 and it's almost the same on speed and power but it has a removable seat.... The best part is that I can easily upgrade the motor and battery and have a ripper, I bet this could be a really good scooter even if it only went up to a 36v system but still great for the price. 😁👍
@@ElectricVehicleSpace - It's basically the same motor as some of the Razors so I could buy the 72v 6000w kit and make it simply unrideable but I like the idea of being able to suit it to the rider so I'd like to keep the 24v 500w setup for my son if he ever wants to ride it but I also want the 72v 6000w kit for me..... LoL
I love my Go Trax Tour XP, I'm wondering if I can hook up 2 satellite tweeters on the end of the handlebars and hook up Bluetooth connection to my cell phone for music
@@ElectricVehicleSpace just got it last night and thought it was broken but realized i had to kick off with it. The 20 mph is more than enough but i might save alot more and get one that can hit almost 40
Lol brother you told us about the clip how the new model has the clip to lock it folded im just wondering why you didn’t clip that bag into that clip cause having the bag like you do drastically changes the steering on these types of things may seem light but it’s not 1 pound hanging on the bar equals hindering your steeering bro 😂lol
I purchased this e scooter at Target, its reaches 20 mph max speed, and it gives me 16 miles distance. Great value
We bought two of these for myself and my son to ride around on. So far we're loving it and glad we chose this model!
Great to hear!

Which tubeless tires did you get
@maverickrod2443 I do not remember, but there are so many selections online. They really made my ride better, knowing that I would have no more flats.
@@shawnstatzer95 thanks I’ll look into it. I want to ride to work but can’t afford to get a flat.
@maverickrod2443 Well, I did get a flat. Fortunately, it was when I finished my work day and headed home.

the code is "000" if it is new otherwise ask the person you bought it from or contact the brand. I like this scooter. Light and portable with 20mph.
I swear he almost hit a blind person in the cross walk
I think you can hold the power and + button together at the same time to reset it
I've got the same one but its called a carera model its the 3rd scooter I've had and its the best one definitely buy it

For the price what is better, this or NIU?

Hey, does this scooter pair to a mobile app?

I just bought one and I’m having a squealing from my brakes. Did you come across that issue?

@@ElectricVehicleSpace sorry I actually didn't understand I think. Somewhere you mentioned 10 miles (for 235lbs). Is that really all it gave ya?
