that would work but compatibility needs both screens at that point the best idea would be a DS design due to the insane idea behind the console. Perhaps a customized Wii u pad with the console behind the Pad and a second screen laying on top with either a clam shell or slide up screen.
Not nearly to the extent of the Wii. The Wii U uses a much larger and more complicated circuit board, with several mandatory parts scattered around the board. These use a BGA soldering process, and cannot be manually rewired. It is also less hacked, and uses much more power.
the simple answer is no. the gpd win uses custom boards not off the shelf parts. look up the size of a micro atx motherboard then add in a graphic card and ram your not going to fit that in a gpd win sized case. if your interested in the gpd win buy one i have one there awesome little machines. or consider waiting till the smach-z is up for sale. the only option i see for a reasonable sized diy portable pc would to be hack a highend tablet or laptop and hobble something together. just some ideas anyway im no master builder so googling diy portable pcs may result in a more desirable answer for you. just trying to share some knowledge have a nice day :)
Nigas Little you could look at a work log and how to make it, if there is a step by step guide that will only focus on one specific portable, you could look at worklog to how to build them then put your own little twist on it..

Thanks! But I never went anywhere. It's just that these mods are not built over night. Some projects can take me up to 6 months or longer to complete. Actually I worked on my synthesizer for 2 years before I deemed it complete!

to build one it can be anywhere between $300-$500, but built portables are often sold at $1000+ due to the amount of work put into making them.

Games are played full speed from the usb drive. It is smaller, more power efficient, and overall better for portablizing.
