I have panic disorder so I know the feeling. It can be really frustrating when you want to do something but are too anxious. But the fact that you’ve put out new content like this proves that you are braver than you think xx

I remember I found you years ago when you took an LA vacation with joe sugg even though I’ve grown out of watching them I still come back to you due to your uniqueness and creativeness style of vids
Hang in there Will - you've got this. It helps to get outside and play, while leaving the phone at home. You wouldn't believe how good it feels to be off the grid for 7 or more days, in a beautiful place where you're not even temped to use a phone... because there's simply no single to connect to at all. The friends and family that we take with us tend to go through a little withdrawal on days 2-3, but you begin to find a natural rhythm by day 4, and find yourself thinking more clearly than you can ever remember... though you won't quite understand how good it feels until you experience it for yourself. Once you have though, it gives you a lot of strength just knowing the feeling exists, and you can return to it whenever you need :)

I find it to be very relaxing to go "offscreen", outside and spending time in my own little timezone, where i don't need to be up to date, not ready for the next wave of content. Then i realise that i don't need so much content to fill a void or something like that. When i then come back to social media, i see where i just spend time being more or less entertained and where i actually can comunicate und get inspired/informed or really heartwarmed ^°^ ... Love your way of filming
