Actually, it's basically a RZR 1000 S. You can do RZR stuff in it. :p

The Can Am 1000 is 976cc not sure where you got 800 from, they did make an 800 and a 1000. You must have checked out the smaller version

That’s interesting about the DOT approved tires. I will be looking to adding a street legal kit for the UTV.
Love the super ATV A-arms for the suspension. Will look into the shocks you purchased. The Walker Evans look and feel amazing and are very flexible for setting the ride comfort with that system.
    Lol getting so many ideas.
Not sure if the light bar is that worth it; but it’s user scenario dependent.
I’m really curious about your door mod. I wish there was a factory option for poly-carb windows.
As for a tractor…. Look at a Kubota BX23 series. This was one of the best investments I ever made and I use that thang on the regular to do work around the property and the farm. Very reliable, hardworking and you get full control over that bad boy as opposed to John Deere; which is a heart break. Just keep it serviced and joints greased up. She keeps running. A little bit of Satbil for diesel engines helps out a ton to ensure you’re good to go for winter. Love it.

    Question:
How did you get the grey color? Only see white in the 1000 model (non xp)
I’m looking into one of these. I love that it is a sport UTV plus it can do work. I absolutely love that. 1500 lbs of tow (most likely 1000 to 1250lbs to give the engine overhead to breathe). I also prefer the 1000 with it being more narrow to fit into tighter spaces than the XP.
If they release a hybrid EV (gas+electric) I will trade the General immediately and this would be the absolute perfect UTV.
Great video and story about your journey; thank you for posting. And hope you’re still enjoying the hell out of that UTV.

So no rub ? With 30s like the xp? Even without changing a arms?

The rims offset 2 more inches on each side with the high clearance a arms at stock length. No rubbing at all

Do 30s fit with the stock a arms?

They should but i'm not completely certain that that they won't rub while turning sharp without an offset. My general was 60" wide stock and I make it 64" wide with the upgrade. If you have a 64" wide stance right now you should be ok

The General is a great machine. However if you tell me you used the engine and ride quality as a negative about the KRX it tells me you did not do your homework....

How so? He did his research well enough to find out what works best for him. This was a great buy and it’s great to see this vehicle nice and dirty and put to work.
      What is your preference?

@@BosleyBeats he didn't do his research very well, he said the 1000 Can Am was only 800 and some cc, they are 976 cc
