hi, my spine bones and tail bone and basically every bone in my back hurts a ton when even just sitting in a back or buttspin, how do you spin like that without pain in your bones? do you jsut get used to it?
Flexibility, Flexibility and Flexibility, and little bit of strength just how kids are not strong but they will learn these moves with no pain cuz of how agile and Flexible they are

I feel dizzy after just a few tries is there anyway to avoid the motion sickness??
I'm struggling to find any point on my back where my spine isn't sticking out so much that it's digging painfully into the floor. Could it be that I'm just too boney and it's not possible at all or have I just not found the right part of my back yet?
No matter how much I squeeze, I can't even get to my upper back.My body type makes it impossible(heavy legs and light upper body, because of soccer) to get to my upper back

im a little bit chubby, and i expeirence the same thing. it hurts, but i generally just try and get over it- and it works fine if i add a hoodie
do you need a slippery floor to do this?
