J J to be honest good training is dependent on what you want to work on i.e footwork, power, etc and you should make up a schedule base off that and he has a tutorial for effective training

Great tutorial. The best bboy I've ever seen in person to do headspins was Flipz from Skill Methodz. He could easily do them for several minutes on end. We also use to have those beanies in the late 90s. We use to make them ourselves though lol.

I started to understand the importance of the chin placement, abdominal engagement, the level of the legs and the way we tend to bend the knees slightly in the chair position to lock the spin. Should I put a lot of focus on my arm placement like he explained even if it I'm not trying to drill? Is it possible to do a video on the release of the headspin tap with all these variables?
My opinion you don't need a Headspin drill tutorial. Learn how to headspin first and then throw your legs up. That's the learning process. Learning no handed headspins is the key.
