In the 1998 version of SIN, there's a brief camera cutscene you can find of Elexis Sinclaire masturbating audibly in a hot tub somewhere else in the level. If you use a clipping cheat, you can actually go there yourself and see it from the front, which likely couldn't be shown in the game at the time, though of course she is fully clothed so it's not breaking any laws or anything.
