Creamy Sun Dried Tomato & Chicken Pasta - Only 5 Main Ingredients!

Hey guys welcome back to another video :) I hope you’ve all been well. It’s been nearly three months since i’ve uploaded a pasta dish.. so i thought yes it’s about time i made another one.. and here it is, creamy sun dried tomato and chicken pasta!
Here’s what you’ll need (serves 4-5 portions)
300ml double cream
400g chicken breast
Sun dried tomato’s (i used around half a jar)
200g Pasta
Cheddar cheese (desired amount)
Seasonings for chicken:
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp chilli flakes
Seasonings when adding in the sauce:
½ tsp salt (to your taste if needed)
1 tbsp cajun seasoning.

Happy to hear your trying adobo! It our go to for seasoning, try another wet seasoning, you can make yourself Sofrito . These spices will give your food a Latin American flair. I add it to your recipes all the time.
